Sapphire part 3 - Tools for Sapphire Fossicking

You don't have to go far from the comfort of your caravan park to fossick for sapphires. We stayed at the Sapphire caravan and cabin part in Sapphire and we were surprised to find out there is a designated fossicking land down the back of the park. We did find some small sapphires there and it was not for a relaxing day of digging.
In this episode I also go over what we take with us on a sapphire fossicking trip, just in case you might have been wondering what you might need.
PS in QLD YOU NEED A FOSSICKING LICENCE. I will leave the link here for you. Also the web page also has great info on what to look for in fossicking areas so be sure to read up before heading to a new area.

It's a shame no one fills the holes back in after they dig it up, no wonder the trees start to die, I am thinking of doing this, but I hope I can cover my digging back up❤
