Hooker Aero Chamber Mufflers

I installed one of the transverse Aero Chamber mufflers meant for a mid-90's Camaro on my Nissan 350Z. It fit great, and the fabrication was pretty straightforward. I'm a welder by trade (not an exhaust specialist) and did all the work myself. The sound was very deep and unique. I finished the build with a pair of stainless Borla tips. I would recommend this muffler.

I have these on my Mustang, love em! They give you a chambered sound without being quite as "hollow" sounding as Flowmasters. Always wondered how these aren't more popular when they're better constructed than Flows for the same price.

THE BEST Muffler on the Market!! Bar None!! AGGRESSIVE sound without the Drone at speed or around town. Fantastic Construction and they come in Stainless Steel. Worth every dime.

I really liked the one I had on my 05 Ram truck. Made the Hemi sound as bad as it was! True enough there was no obnoxious droan, just a nice mellow sound at idle. When you got on it, it was loud enough to let the Mustang GT behind you in the next lane that he just got his butt beat by a 5,000 lb. truck!

These work good I have them on an olds 455,it runs the same et through the mufflers or with open headers

I have one...sounds great. I've had cherry bombs, flowmaster and magnaflow before this one. I love my hooker!!!

i habe used these bad boys on my v8 ford so as we all know it sounds amazing. I do though also have a turbo charged 4 cylinder car also. it currently has a 3inch full stainless system.i can't seem to get away from the usual tone most other evo 6 owners. the engine producers a great tone but I want something a little different. I've tried all the usual stuff . cannon exhaust etc but not happy. will these work on a 4 cylinder turbo? never seen it before . cheers.

ive only had these on big inch raceish engines and sound is all its own!badazz!ive never done a comparison yet of open header vs my full exhaust with chambers. oh with xpipe on my systems also

Are these directional or can you swap them around? My current setup in 3" Center Inlet 3" Off Center Outlet But I can't find any hooker Aero's with this design Only the other way around 3" Off Center Inlet 3" Center Outlet

+aw11roman I had one as part of a catback system on my 2005 Hemi Ram. Sounded great and it made a telltale difference in acceleration. Crap? You need a Blowmaster dude!
