Hellooooo ladies!!! Okay, so I love NZ even more since you are plastic free!!! That is so amazing! WOW! WOW! The views on your drive are just AMAZING! I just convinced the husband that we're going to go to NZ for our 10 year anniversary which is in 4 years! LOL. So, I'm writing all this down. haha. That water is just sooo beautiful. omg! haha... I just got to the part where you're bouncing on the bridge, and I have to say that would scare the crap out of me too. Hooker Valley Lake is just BEAUTIFUL!!! Is there any other accommodations around other than the hostel?

we use a cold water to defrost the windshield. you are welcome. we are just come back from the same walk to Christchurch and thanks for making this video in the Winter time. it's interesting to see the difference. ps the music on background is toooooo loud. Hey, I’m planning to go this summer (from Australia), but I’m not sure if it’s the best to explore NZ South Island during this time. Would you say going in winter is better? How does summer compare to winter in the experience travelling through places like Mt Cook, Lake Wanaka and Tekapo, Queenstown, Milford Sound, West Coast? I feel like going in winter and seeing those ice-capped mountains and glaciers would give a more authentic and better experience but I’m not sure about if there’d be a huge difference visually going in summer. If anything, the crowds in summer and weather (cold climate) in winter would really bother me. Thank you.

Hello Steven!! How awesome your planning travels!! Hmm yeah winter is super different to summer!! I prefer winter just because it’s beautiful with all the snow capped mountains and it’s just so magical! Summer is still beautiful but it’s not the mt cook that everyone knows or loves!! Queenstown abs Milford are allgood in summer and stunning though!! :) west coast also just beautiful in summer!! Make sure to go though haast pass it’s stunning!! I do have a video on it!! Blue pools and waterfalls really beautiful!! :)
