Kianoush Rostami, 94kg weightlifter and 2016 Olympic Champion for Iran, training 3, 4 and 6 days out of the 2018 Asian Games. Some notes:
-In the first workout he does up to 120kg snatch pull + power snatch (1:20), up to 185kg clean pull + pow clean and jerk (2:14), and up to 245kg back squat (4:31).
-In the second workout he does up to 175kg front squat and split jerk (5:30), up to a 220kg front squat and jerk attempt (6:10), and up to a 140kg power snatch (7:21).
-In the third workout he does up to a 170kg snatch (8:41), up to a 170kg clean and jerk (11:31), and up to a 255kg back squat (13:22).
-He went on to do 175kg snatch in the event. He dropped the 200kg attempt at 12:03 because his pants ripped and he was worried about being on video with torn pants.
