Hooking Up Moldbord Plows To Three Point Hitch and Draft Control

I had a few questions about the last video on plowing. I will try to answer them. I will also try to explain the basics of draft control.

Awesome video... I knew there was much more to plowing than met the eye.. I have never done it, but, I knew it would take someone that knew what they were doing to do a good job.. I can see that now.. Lots of great information.. Thanks.. I came here searching for Draft Control.. I learned as much about it as I did plowing, although I don't have any and probably won't do any, but, I will take a crack at it, first time I get a chance somewhere.. Ha.. Mainly trying to figure out how to run the box blade like a professional.. I have a "New to Me" Ford 3910 and a 7' brand new box with rippers.. Tractor has side and top link hydraulics.. One of the reasons I bought it.. I am primarily going to use it to dress my parking lots and driveways.. Fixing to see what other videos you have.. I hope a bunch, but, only 384 subscribers.. Uh Oh.. Probably not many.. Add one to the list in case you are still making videos though.. From Western NC btw.. Cheers..

The biggest problem I’ve had is the sod or soil flopping back flat behind the plows and I’ve tried to adjust the plows every way I could and still have a problem!

Good video. I have same plows on my Ford 3000. Grandfather bought them in 1973. I think they are too much for my 3000. It always struggles. Did with him also. I bought a longer top link thinking old one is too short causing plows to dive deep. Any other suggestions?
