Olly, outstanding show. I really appreciated this one you do a fantastic job interviewing and asking excellent questions and jono is in fact a great person. I could sit there and listen to him talk all day long cuz he's funny and quite intelligent. It'd be great if you could make more programs like a series of programs with you and jono. Any subject. I saved this program in three places on my KZbin channel. Thank you very much for doing it look forward to more of your comical ways. Peace for Oregon.

Understanding risk, how to evaluate it, the consequences, is very interesting to see how different people approach it, how much risk is required to release dopamine etc, so yes people are interested in that side of the interviewees.

I think there is a big overlap in, people who have money, and people who can do a sport that costs a lot of money.

Motorbike transfers the weight into the ground safely where the mtb has to keep the momentum fully forward as it can’t handle the downward force in the same way

Is it just age/wisdom that makes is chill out as we get older? Or is it learned from others as well? If nobody chilled out with age, would we? I'm 40 now and I definitely feel it myself, so I push myself harder mentally. Maybe not the best idea but it's how I see my riding

2024 1/10 year for me. Better than 2023 for me though. That was the worst year of my life. 0 out of 10. So i guess if '25 is even. 3 out of 10, it'll be a huge improvement

Well I recently had a big off on a step up that Olly did recently. I didn't weigh up all my options and dead saliored straight to my ass...... So if you fancy talking me through how to land it one day Olly hit me up 🤣.

Absolutely amazing podcast super entertaining. Btw moorewood bikes are South African. The desginer Patrick Moorewood now owns a different bike company Pyga bikes they are handmade alloy bikes. Moorewood ending there production and stuff was due to internal conflicts with Patrick and the other investors im pretty sure
