Spoon's Race-Winning Civic Type R

I've been waiting for Spoon Sports to get their hands on an FK8 since its release back in 2017. I was eager to see the final product since this was a huge build by the guys at Spoon Sports USA, not Japan. Being that it's the first USDM Civic Type R racecar that's come out of Spoon, I knew they were going to make it perfect.

Spoon front bumpers are much more presentable than the bulky stock ones w/o out the lip. plus the spoon tires have the appropriate size keeping up the traditional spoon wheels compare to the big size regular low profile ones 👌

Probably handles great with all the weight up front. Softer front suspension with stiff rear suspension and it would rotate crazy well through corners.

Defrost lines most likely. Guessing the HVAC system was stripped out of the car but they were worried about the windshield fogging up or frosting over since the Thunderhill 25hr is held in January.

What did they ever win? They got absolutely mogged by Hyundai in the 24 hours of Nürburgring only reason why the 7 hour gap dropped to 13 mins was because of weather issues.
