Eddie Spall I know but we haven’t seen any of the build process which they started a long time ago.... if you follow hert on insta you’d know it has almost all of the aero complete/on, the ka pulled, the 13b was mocked up and rob made mounts and shit, etc. then it just fell of the face of the earth

Good to see you getting jobs done! It all feels very familiar to me. I’ve been into VW Polo G40’s (and earlier) since around 2006. The Polo was originally designed by Audi. Hence the similarities and problems encountered in this video I’m very familiar with. For one that suspension design is Audi all day. Consequently height-adjustable suspension cost shit loads and donor legs or a hefty deposit is required. But if you’d bought Koni dampers they would have supplied a tool to undo the top mount castle-nuts (in the form of a piece of drilled hex-bar with a couple of flats machined onto one face to create lugs). Big up for perseverance with the obtuse Audi engineering!

i totally get the Audi obsession .. i had a 2000 A6 4.3l quattro -black with chrome rims.. loooved the tiptronic. i lused to go back and forth between Escondido and Perris... sometimes I would jump off at the 76 (Bonsall) and go up thru to fallbrook (very winding, up hill) and practiced (ALOT) where i could make the whole strectch WITHOUT touching the brakes at an average speed of 50-75(it just dependied on the strech of road. The heartbreak was, 2 weeks after I got it, I ran over an industrial size trailer hitch and ripped oout my lower oil pan, upper pan and a 7" triangle from the aluminum block. i couldn't affordf a mechanic but my brother brought this (hot) friend and he fixed it and jb welded thst piece in.. ran perfect. I've had a Jette, Passatt but love my audi the mostest
