Shai versus Jokic is going to be one of the more legendary MVP battles because both are truly having historic seasons and are dominating the league in different ways. Personally with the Thunder running away with the one seed it will be difficult to deny Shai this year unless Jokic at the end of the season is doing something so historically great you can’t deny him the award.

You can it’s been a team based award for a while so it goes to shai
@J-Hue14 күн бұрын
@@Lyk35 Yeah. Last year was a toss up, fair enough. I would've went with SGA for leading the 2nd youngest team in the league to #1. A team that young usually only wins like 23-38 games. But, again, it's a toss up, fair enough. This year, if SGA keeps OKC at #1 with all their injuries, and especially if thwy maintain the wide gap over the conference like now, he should win it cleanly.
@Aneeshtheofan14 күн бұрын
@@J-HueI mean Jokic was tied for 1st seed last year but OKC had tie breaker. This year, it ain’t close. Thunder are running away with 1st seed.

@@Aneeshtheofan yeah but Jokic is having to carry the offense even more than last year. He’s having to log nearly 38 minutes a night and when he’s off the court the Nuggets turn into the worst offense in basketball. SGA does a lot but it’s not that extreme. But yeah if the Thunder do just win 60 games or more it becomes a mute conversation but there is still a couple months for this to be sorted.
@Aneeshtheofan14 күн бұрын
@@nicholaskatsikas4904 the Thunder defense is still good without SGA but their offense is complete garbage without SGA. People seem to not understand that the Thunder are playing without Chet. Also JDub is the second leading scorer and there are times where he can’t even score 20. Yet OKC still wins. People seem to undervalue SGA’s impact.

Ok... I have watched a few of these SGA breakdowns but this is the best. Very well thought out and great visuals. New sub, this is high level

Not hating on AntMan. He’s an awesome elite player. But these are why Shai is better. Besides dunks, he has more in common with his control and movement than MJ and Kobe. Those two were so much more than crazy athletic dunks. But, AntMan is younger right?

You just read my mind… I was just hoping you’d make a video on the Thunder. A team wide breakdown would be awesome (though I don’t think that’s your style), there’d be so much to cover and I’m sure a lot of fun to make… the Thunder play really high-level and entertaining basketball. I think another good topic would be Evan Mobley… I don’t know if there’s a team in the league that doesn’t get better if you add him to it

SGA is not the best player on the best team. The best team in the NBA is clearly Cleveland if you actually watch the game.
