@@AllWingsEverything Daytona 500 got postponed due to weather but I made them anyway. The first batch tasted good, but something wasn’t quite right. I had put too much sauce on the. And it didn’t caramelize properly. Did another batch with less sauce and they were pretty damn good. The Suegra really liked them and wanted me to do it again. Got another batch and made them for the rescheduled race day. Used less sauce again, put them in the oven for 4 minutes or so and they were a hit. Once I got the sauce ratio correct, I nailed it. Only difference was I made them in an air fryer first (quicker), then in the oven with the sauce. Appreciate the video and tips. They were fantastic and great to know I can make them now, especially with the price of wings.

400 degrees. The sauce bring to a boil and turn down and simmer over medium-low heat. BTW--the Dominican Fried Chicken is awesome😉
