Him asking her to do the tests was not out of niceness or trying to give her a chance. He knows she’s really drunk right now. By making her do the test it just adds to the evidence against her. The test the police give you is interpreted by the person giving it to you so not only if you weave on camera is that evidence but the way they describe you even if you do it perfectly will be counted against you so the best thing to do in the situation, even if you’re completely clean, is probably just refuse and get a lawyer.
