He further stated that he asked what was this Ck Bk on the walls and he was told We put Crip killer due to most of our enemies are crips. At this time in 1989, there was a vacuum in the 83 Hoover recruitment as far as youngsters so The 74 Hoover elite clique known as the Bays Bays were in the 83 Hoover terrain making sure that the borders were protected from Manchester to Florence. The writing on the walls was from Baby Shady 74 Hoovers that espoused ckbk which caused the new movement among the youngsters. Baby Shady was one of those individuals who commanded respect and was notoriously known throughout South Central Los Angeles among allies and enemies alike.

The independent framework outside the Crip formation placed the Hoover's back as there own identity just like when they were Hoover Groovers. Those who were put on Hoover Criminals and then want to say things such as Hoover Crip 74,83,92,94,107,112 are undermining their put on due to them representing something that contradicts Hoover Criminals The Hoover Criminals are contradicting all normal standards in the sphere of cripping. This reactionary idea derived from the abnormalities that existed when the Crip on Crip attacks occurred among the 90 Hoover's and 107's. Thus, between the Rolling 60s and 83 gangsters which cemented the break up in south central Los Angeles between Crips. Hoover Criminals embrace our tribe in totality. Those who are elders and want to remain to the Crip Identity is their perogative. These are individuals and not the collective structure who possess this attitude among non-52 Hoover Criminals. There is no problem when some tribal members say Cuz, or loc. Hoover Criminals lingo is predicated on words like Hoove, Crim, and Groove when they address their love ones. Hoover is a structure and 716 is bigger than subsets. No one is bigger than Hoover and this concept cannot be superseded by tribal Members. Hoover Criminals are in every state. The Crips who feel some type of way about Ck being advocated are pure hypocrites if they have Crip enemies. They kill Crips, fight Crips and even cross their hoods out on tattoos. This is a contradiction! Hoover Criminals will remain a force to be reckoned with until their is change in thinking process of the collective. Hopefully it comes a time when all black brothers unite and be instrumental in building our community... I will anticipate this beautiful day...

I will elaborate on this new philosophy and true history of the movement of criminals. In 1989, I loved boogie down productions hip hop artist. They had a song called criminal minded and I sat down bumping this song one day and came with the idea that we are going to be criminals. The sound of Hoover Criminals was that stamp I felt we needed at that time. With my reputation and influence I commence to make this known by writing on all the walls from Manchester and Vermont to Florence and Vermont also down to Figueroa (Hoover criminals CkBk.) I instructed the young 74 Bay bays to write Criminals AND never to write Hoover Crips anymore. Big scooby from 74 Hoover came to see me in 1989, in 83 territory where I spent most of my time at and he asked me why was writing Ck on the walls. I explained that we fight most of the crips so this is why I write it. He basically agreed with my logic and left . I was approached by some notable Elder tribal members from all tribes. They elder Hoover crips didn't like me putting crab killa on the walls. This is understandable because of their memories and experience with the crip machine in the early development of cripping. The war between the eight tray gangsters and the rolling sixthys broke this Crip love apart. Just as these two factions used to be together daily and shared a bond, the bond was broken through blood shed.

The Hoover criminals. There has being alot of misinformation and exaggerated notions pertaining to this philosophy and historical relevance in the development of this movement. There was a necessity to counter attack the false concepts and the ambiguities that has left the younger generation of Hoover criminals without a cemented foundation while espousing this ideology in the Lurch. I find it puzzling that you have individuals acting like they are experts on the subject matter when they were not among the elite who push this concept. Just as you have those who are affiliated with east side crips and west side crips with their historical knowledge possessing their own story and accounts of what transpired in their time when the newly founded idea that was embraced by them, and Many were not among those who had influenced the collective Crip idea but were followers. These type of people take credit, or act as if they were a factor when this isn't the case historically. Likewise, when it comes to the emergence of Hoover criminals penetrating the landscape, and challenging the Hoover Crip mentality, these people was no where to be found in the formulating process of the new identity that emerged from among the 74 Bay Bays. Hoover criminals have went across state lines and their influence has transformed the concept of gang banging becoming the first to take an identity of being a staunch ally of cripping from the beginning, thus rejecting it [Crip] and advocating a new profound concept such as Blood killer/Crip killer. This position transformed to Anybody killer making Hoover despised by former allies of the crips for such stance. We will get into the History of Hoover with the individual who pressed this into the psyche of Hoovers on the streets in 1989. This new profound Hoover Criminal philosophy have been equated with the Brother Big Hawk from 94th street Hoover while in the county jail. This have to be analyzed in it's entirety by the readers. If this is to be taken to be true, then you would of had rival enemies who were in close proximity with hoovers mentioning this.

No crip from the east side or west side have never mentioned this Hoover Criminal philosophy that emerged in the Los Angeles County Jail I989. You had numerous reputable crips in the county jail in 1989 and no one has never heard of this . Tony Stacy a reputable 74th street Hoover would of knew of this movement while in prison coming from the county jail or met Older Hoovers coming from the county jail representing Hoover Criminal. However, this isn't the case. Secondly, Big Hawk would of had his own tribal members advocating this idea on the streets. This wasn't the case either. Big Crazy from 94 Hoover paroled in 1990s and he was instrumental with leading 94 Hoovers and he wasn't talking about Hoover Criminal. He was representing Hoover Crip In 1990. Thirdly, to get this message out to the public there would have to be a crew of 94 Hoovers on the front line and this mostly have to be the young soilders who are the most active to materialize this new 94 Hoover criminal philosophy. There is no evidence of this historically . All of the young 94 Hoovers at that time in 1989 were few and unable to influence 74s, 83s, 92s,107s 112s and 59s to adopt Hoover criminals vs Hoover Crips...In my conclusion In dealing with this misinformation, I must confess, I was on the phone with Hoovers in 1989 who were confined in the Los Angeles county, and Big Hawk was one of them. He *Never* told me anything about Hoover criminals! Why would Big Hawk not inform a young Hoover that was well known by all Hoovers [Young and old ] and who had influence on every Young Hoover from 52-112th street about this monumental philosophy that was going to be an ATOMIC BOMB on the streets? On KZbin, Baby Boo from 94th street give an account that need to be examined. In the KZbin video[ Hoover Criminals documentary response/official video] he clearly mentioned how he left camp and went into the 80s referring to 83 Hoover territory and he witnessed on the walls Ck Bk .

They were mad about Tookie dissing them in his book. Tookie was the first to mention Hoover Groover. Basically he dissed them for not doing anything for him while he was locked up. Hoover’s had all of that money and didn’t do anything for Tookie for as to pay for him a lawyer or nothing that is why he delegitimized them as authentic Crips.

A real cease fire will never happen with the crips and bloods because unlike other gangs where the shot callers are the older OG members; that's not the case with crips and bloods. The most active call the shots, because they don't respect you unless you're actually putting in work. Doesn't matter much what work you put in before they were banging. And like dude said, these young cats ain't hearing no cease fire. They gotta make a name for themselves and can't do that if there's a cease fire. Shit is sad, because of they did stop beefing and just focused on making money... together or separately...they could be the most powerful thing to ever happen to the black community. The very thing that's been hitting our community the hardest, could be the very thing to put us on top. Too bad it's the kids that's running the show. 😏

This Made alot of people annoyed besides the Hoover's. The 83 gangster crips and I had a strong relationship so they came over to our side to ask me what is up with the ck on the walls. Baby spike, baby Cdog, Lil Evil, etc and other active 83gc were made aware of my thoughts. Many was telling me don't write that on there side. (Meaning across Vermont and 84th )This attitude was carried by the 52 Hoover gangster crips in 1989. There was never a problem with the tribal members from 52 Hoover's who represented HGC. Many of the frontliners we're my intimate comrades and they never opposed me or what I was pushing . The 59 Hoover's young warriors at that time embraced the concept and they removed crip and advocated Criminals. The young 59s,74s 83s, 92s,94s, 107s and 112s embraced the criminal philosophy and when I was sent to camp in 1990 I pushed Hoover criminals and when i got to California Youth Authority in 1991, I pushed Hoover criminals and all the young hoovers pushed this concept thru juvenile facility's putting the stamp on this movement.(Except 52 Hoovers)

I understand your logic yes Crip on Crip violence probably would make one rethink their Crippin. However Hoover Crips had a well known history with their Crippin. Futhermore, I think it breeds confusion. I do respect the logic but to go from serious Crippin to writing Ck on the wall was a culture shock. I got homeboys that are Hoover Criminals but had I not known better they Cripped out. Yes yall was original Hoover groovers But the hoovers was very well known for their Crippin. So far it has held pretty good with the change but I see a bit of confusion among some Hoovers.

History of Hoover being Crip is irrelevant. Hoover criminals started with seven foes. Hoover criminals was introduced without concerned about what others thought. Wether it was allies or other Hoover's bro. When the mandate became a cause there is no room for negotiation or compromise. It was an ideology that sprung forth from the grass root perplexities.
