Stores need to be able to stock shelves every single day in order to combat the people that just buy everything. Maybe then will others have a chance of buying prismatic. But then again, probably not.

So true. If the shelves were replenished daily scalpers would fail and the market could level. It seems odd to me that the Pokemon company is okay with the secondary market making the money.

I did see an empty prismatic tin display at Target this week - first I’ve seen in store. Target dropped the price on Shrouded Fable ETBs to $40 so I grabbed a couple of those. Not bad with the current market price

You can pay retail employees to text you when the distributor is there to stock. I worked it out with employees at target wallmart and meijers. 50 if i get the pokemon restock and 20 if there only restocking sports

I know you are feelin frustrated with your channel growth lately, But be proud of yourself 4.32K is not easy to do on youtube. you are doing very well and the channel will grow in time. just keep doing what you are doing man :) you make good videos and are fun to listen to :) Your time will come, dont give up

All I found lately has been a bunch of nothing which sucks but I’m holding out for the restocks and new sets. I’ve been going to Japanese sets more for price and for certain cards .

Started nack in the hobby for 151 early last year learned a lot, accidentally bought a fake booster box and learned a lot more. 151 was supposed to be the only set i mastered then i saw the next few sets and heard about the eevee set coming out so... i decided to make an eevee binder. I have called down a bit with cards since if i can't comfortably walk in and buy then i don't want to attempt. Let's see what happens when team rocket preorders go live.

Afternoon V, I’m not even worried about PE anymore. Eevee’s concept is cool but they aren’t close to my favourites so I’m not chasing. See in packs of VV, SV base, TF, Rift, Fable, Brilliant and Astral at my fav LGS that always has honest pricing.

I like you and your personalities but I honestly wouldn’t keep posting every day. There’s only so much to talk about every day. It starts getting repetitive. Look at any of these tubers with big following, they pick a topic per video , stick to it and have clear titles so that people can expect a certain topic going in. “Hope for Pokémon card market as prices drop Pokemon investing” tells me nothing. It’s just buzz words. Danny Phantump will post a video called “these promos are crazy”. Or nostalgia Nomics will post something saying “this box isn’t going to drop”. It’s simple, and the video is centered around a new topic or idea that’s come up. Those guys don’t post the same video everyday. They will skip a day, post a short 5 minute blurb, do a long rant, skip another day. They report and give info as it seems natural. Reporting that prismatic evolutions is still unobtainable and expensive for the 15th day in a row is just boring .

Really hoping Prismatic gets printed to the ground. I used to think it was overhyped, but the more I see the leafeon sir and more I like it lol. If prices calm down I might chase for it.

If you want the leafeon, buy the leafeon. Maybe price will drop over next year. So keep an eye on it. But the pack price shouldn’t matter if that’s the card you want , because you shouldn’t be opening packs to go after a single card. That’s madness. You will not pull it. One of, if not, the worst pull rates of any set ever.

@@Theu131 I most likely will not yes, but I do enjoy the process of opening packs aswell. I definitely do agree that it's probably not a good idea, but if I don't get it oh well. I just can't see myself spending 300 dollars on a single card. I just got into the hobby and I'm probably not gonna spend much on Prismatic anyways. But thank you for the feedback. If at some point I decide that I would be willing to pay that much, I will try to buy it when demand for it is lower.
