Maybe neon’s powers are connected to his emotions like Steven when he’s angry or annoyed he releases untapped energy or in the sense of confusion or tiredness He would activate the power where it would relax the target so they can express them selves to the user of said power

That could very well be a possibility. I’d like to add to this. If memory servers me correctly. Whenever neon *im assuming neons the pikachu keep in mind my memory is a little fuzzy* got extremely stressed out his eyes would start glow And in which case his power basically skyrocketed. So let’s his powers are in fact someway connected to his emotions. It could be the amount power output he can produce is connected to how strong said emotion is. In other words the stronger the emotion the more powerful his abilities are. This could be a double edged sword. Mainly because of illusions and such because on one hand having this power can be great in a lot of situations. But on the other hand if he sees his friends as his opponent and his mad to the point where he’s not thinking straight…that could spell danger for both his team and himself.

honestly i agree with izzys side of her story, living in a huge amount of space with not much to do neither being able to go outside and do things that you want (with the limited knowledge i know about her bc i have yet to watch other parts of the series) is very limiting to your enjoyment and you eventually grow to resent it. when your cooped up inside a house your not allowed to leave, you long for adventure. you long for the outside. so i understand her pain, i honestly feel lucky was being quite selfish and i dont know why she needs to apologize when lucky was being quite selfish in trying to convince her back into a space she was not comfortable in; let alone calling her suffering a "luxury". i understand that this world is very harsh and cruel, but telling her to just settle down forever is just cruel to her due to her past. it would be one thing if she could go out sometimes, have a few adventures just tame ones; but it seems he just wanted her to stay home for a majority of the time. its not that hard to just, have both ways. so if anything i feel both need to apologize and not just one, due to both having some wrong points in their arguements and treated the other unfairly in the discourse despite the issue. i feel the best way to solve this issue is to have a split of 50/50, tame adventures of like just travelling sites while staying in a place you could call safe and home, i feel like thats a fair deal that benefits both parties. thats my insight on the situation at least, i love this comic series so far :]

I’d like to mention diamond hb10 makes a good point. It seems like whenever neon seems extremely stressed in anyways it seems to crank his powers to the extreme. As I said when I replied to them. This could quite literally both good and bad. Because on one hand this power could be good. But if it goes out of control because of reasons such as loss of temper and such. The reason that example means bad news is because well…let’s say that anger was pointed at his friends. For literally any reason… it can quite literally mean doom for both for both neon and and his friends

I think he just took it too far you don't just hit a girl just because she wants to give a dream on something and you just don't want to support her enough I mean I understand he likes her but he didn't have to go ahead and hit her like that that's not how you would solve your problems through violence I understand he was just trying to look out for her safety but the problem is that he took it too far and so did she I mean I'm not just mad at him but I'm mad at both of them because they took it too far

The reason why she never thought about that agreement was because apparently she was so busy trying to prepare their own ambitions that she never thought of trying to compromise with something but no she was to fantasize on her own little options all she wanted was to find new friends after she lost her old ones to a villain and her best friend wanted to quit on her she should have came up with a compromise that would benefit both of them
