I remember everyone had I pods, or MP3 players, Myspace instead of facebook. No snapchat or instagram. It wasn't that Popular for a couple more years. seemed like people talked more in person. Probably just because cell phones sucked then. Etc. Hard to imagine being a kid now. It's not THAT much time, but it's all really different today.

This came out in 2008. I went to college in 2006. So I tuned out of the emo-phase just a little before it reached this point. I actually just heard this song today for the first time. But my sister graduated in 2008 and there was a band in here class which looked and sounded EXACTLY like this. Wow. I think what I'd like to say about this and the emo form is that, by this stage, it was fairly close to being played out completely, BUT, the art form had definitely been perfected. This is probably the peak and zenith of the spirit. No, I promise this is a true classic.

Alex was born in Harlow, Essex, England and there's some debate over where Jack was born but Rian and Zack were definitely both born in Baltimore, MD, USA as far as I know. Alex moved over to Baltimore, specifically Towson, when he was a kid, with his family. He met Jack in middle school and they became friends and started the band. They recruited Rian and Zack later on and, after some debate, decided upon the name All Time Low. The band name comes from a song by New Found Glory. The song is called "Head On Collision". They signed to Emerald Moon Records, a local record label, and released an EP entitled "The Three Words To Remember In Dealing With the End" and then, one year later, an album entitled "The Party Scene". Eventually, a record label called Hopeless Records heard about them and signed them. Since then, the band have released 3 studio albums under Hopeless, 1 under the label Interscope Records (long story), 1 EP under Hopeless, 1 live album under Hopeless, 1 DVD under Hopeless. Also, the person above forgot to (or just didn't want to) put their full names. Alexander William Gaskarth is Alex's although he obviously prefers Alex. Rian's first name is actually Robert but he doesn't like it and so we call him by his middle name. His last name is Dawson. Zachary Steven Merrick is Zack's full name but he obviously prefers just Zack (yes, spelt with a k instead of a h).
