They're gonna be playing alongside them during Neck Deep's current tour 🤣
@hcupo6 жыл бұрын
Dont thinks they're similar enough to compare them both though
@lowgunhendrie49416 жыл бұрын
@@hcupo dude listen to lonely smiles then listen to literally any neck deep song. They used to be nearly indiscernible. They finally have found their own sound on this album though, and for that I'm glad for them.
@hcupo6 жыл бұрын
Lowgun Hendrie just head the song gobshit yeah you're right, it sounds almost exactly like neck deep. Still prefer their older stuff, his voice is better when "screaming", I didnt like his voice in recent songs though. Ps: Todays the first time I'm listening to them, just my first impressions
@shuwee92024 жыл бұрын
i was reading the comments and why yall saying this song is not unique? imma head out. this song is a bop. period.
@Lord_Marquaad Жыл бұрын
If it's not unique then what is the song that predates it? I mean it's a pop song, its almost impossible to be new in this genre other than the sound

Why do I seem to be the only one that loves both these tracks so far
@saniclube6 жыл бұрын
Because most people think that an artist is obligated to re-write their debut album a bunch of times until they retire.
@elai47246 жыл бұрын
Lotion In Motion you’ve heard two songs how can you say that they’re going to “rewrite” their first album. Bands evolve with time & WSTR haven’t been around long therefore you can expect a change in sound, maybe the album after this... when they’ve matured a bit if ya catch my drift.
@saniclube6 жыл бұрын
Ok, you obviously didn't get my point with the first message. I'm defending them, and I agree with you; I love both tracks as well. My point is that some people are quick to hate on a band's new sound just because it's not identical to their last album.
@elai47246 жыл бұрын
Lotion In Motion oh hahahaha, sorry. But yes I agree with you now on that one.

This album is sounding like it was ripped straight out of the early 2000's. Music isn't bad by any means and I've actually really enjoyed both tracks but it really does sound like an identity crisis! Guess they haven't fully found their own sound yet but I think when they do it'll be ace. Love WSTR and can't wait to see them live hopefully soon for the 6th time with some new tunes :)

The first verse kind of annoys me sometimes, but I love the message of the song, the chorus is catchy and from then it rocks til the end; and it made for an entertaining music video. Props to WSTR for trying something different. :D (P.s. Eastbound & Down is my jam)

How do you go from Red Green and In Between to this?
@PHart12916 жыл бұрын
That album was never that great. A lot of you guys let a few sound effects of people spitting and skateboards fool you into thinking they still had a bit of bite to them. Go back and listen to SKRWD then some of the songs on RGOI and you'll see they'd already started gradually moving to this sort of sound.

@myreaper3116 жыл бұрын
Fuck that, how'd you go from SKRWD to this? I still jam out to that EP daily. The vocalist doesn't even sound the same, it's like he sings in a higher pitch now. I feel like I'm listening to a With Confidence song.
