To many people are focused on sickness, being broke, a job they hate, loneliness, and the cares of this world. It steals their joy and life gets hard. They need to focus their gaze back upon the prize. Eternal life, a new home, no sickness, no pain, the love of the Father surrounding them, actually talking to Jesus, friends they have never met before, no more hunger or thirst. When we stand before the throne, we will wish we had done more in this life, gave more to feed the hungry, giving a coat to a homeless person who has none, helping those who who can't do something by themselves, or simply carrying in groceries for an elderly person. Speaking a kind word, listening to someone who needs an ear to listen, as you could be the answer to a prayer by someone in need. And in all the things you do to help those in need, give honor to the Father for their needs being met, and give thanks for letting you be a blessing to someone. I know I need to do more. If we do not show the world we are a child of God, who will?

Every good and perfect gift comes down from the Father of Lights with no shadow of turning. We should quickly give all glory to God only, not other humans because all humans will never attain a perfect life as long as they have attached themselves to the glory of men. Remember Jesus being tested in the wilderness for 40 days and nights and one of many temptations the adversary put before Jesus was: "All these things I will give to you...IF....you will bow down and worship me." And Jesus response: Thou shalt worship the Lord thy God and Him "only" shalt thou worship!"😮
