Horace Silver GREAT ballad, so perfect, so expressive. THANK YOU Horace Silver, and for this AT channel for making this gem so clearly notated: To play it is to love it even more deeply. its compositional subtlety and expression. Horace Silver was quoted as saying of the audiences: Everyone seems to love my bluesy numbers, but I am proudest of my ballads (attempted paraphrase, HS may have said he LOVED his ballads most.). Well, the compositional genius is heard in this piece. For sure.
