@@pimuce While I agree 10,000% that vinyl is more enjoyable I'm pretty convinced the "better sound" is not higher quality but rather just the slight imperfections from the needle on the vinyl. I can't judge it as objectively "better" but I really don't even tend to watch the CD-J sets unless the selection is REALLY REALLY good. Vinyl will always be my preferred format.

@@SpaceTimeManipulatorSTM you are right. Digital sound has already evolved so much that our ears cannot hear the difference in structure of the soundwaves anymore (let alone on a youtube video..). So it tends to be more in our minds (placebo) than really actually sounding 'better'. The art of vinyl spinning however is much more defined in the ear than digital DJ'ing where the focus is more on transition possibilities.
