I had the same specs as you ,when your wallet help you, upgrade your cpu i upgraded from 9900k to 13700f and believe me the difference is superior.

Good results and the Vram is alright even at 4k. But I think if you travel around the map the Vram usage will be higher after a few hours of playing.

Games, that do not make use of hardware RT, usually do not need more than 12GB, even at 4K. RT is the most VRAM demanding setting.

ive learned sadly at 4k that the 4070 ti does not have enough vram to play at long sessions with FG on. seems to be much more sustainable to enable DLSS and tweak its and the other graphics settings with a combo of high/ultra settings.

@@bryank427 Yes, these benchmarks only show a small time of playing and only at one spot. But the Vram will increase if you move to other areas and play for a longer time. I made the same experience in RDR2. I started at 4 GB Vram usage and traveled around the map for a few hours and in the End I had almost 14 GB of Vram loaded. I don't know if the game only reserving these amount of Vram or if it really uses all of it. But the point is, in benchmarks you see the Vram at 8 GB for example and you think cool the Vram on my card is enough but then in reality it isn't.

​@@Th3_Dark_SideIF that is the case if you are playing for say 6 hrs continuously it will overflow 16 GB VRAM also right. See VRAM will go up when loading multiple maps at 1session, but Nvidias latest driver updates ve started to clear them off every 30 mins or so, the good side is VRAM won't overflow, bad side well small preload stutters making 1% lows bad each time we visit a new arear.

@@1989rs500 If you play for a few hours and the Vram is maxed out than you can also restart the game. The Vram will be cleared.

I have a 4070 Super (not Ti), so I am glad I am sticking with a 1080P monitor. Games are getting very demanding

Even with 1080p you can play at higher resolutions using DSR for older less demanding games. That is what I do with my 4070 ti super targeting 1440p.

4070s is already waste at 1080p imo, unless you aim for 144hz in literally every game. Tbh, only in competitive games you need those kind of fps. I would've personally aimed for 4060 ti/7700 xt. Anyways, good luck! Happy Gaming & enjoy your beast of a card.

A 24" 1080p screen is pretty good. I can easily deal with blurry TAA using Reshade.

Why is your FPS so low compared to mine at 1440p with DLSS Quality using a 4070 Ti and a 5800X3D as well as 32GB DDR4 3600 CL18 I'm getting 120-130FPS where you are getting 90-100 are you using screen recording instead of a capture card or something for these tests? not to mention my card is undervolted with a little VRAM overclock.

my 3090ti Only in this game it does not exceed 250w power. There is no problem with my card. In other games it exceeds 400w, but in this game I get 250w and 3440x1440p average of 50 fps. Can anyone help?

I've noticed on this video, and other Nvidia videos that the performance is very spikey and frame times are shit on Nvidia. My 7900xt plays this at native 4k with no upscaling at 63fps on average. Frametime is flat line.
