I don't get emotional easily. But that scene (particularly with Julie's vocals for the homecoming track playing in the background) gets to me. Every time. That and the end of the opening scene where Rost comforts Aloy as a baby.

Literally the most amazing game world and lore, story etc I have ever had the pleasure of experiencing. From the very first E3 trailer it captured my imagination and sparked my interest. 2 playthroughs and 130+ hours later and I'm still enjoying the time with the game. The best exclusive game this whole generation across all the platforms (traded my switch for a HTC Vive as I got bored of the switch). Hope the rumors of this coming to PC are true so I can play it all again at higher framerates and earn achievements again. Thanks for this video so I can re love the story any time I want.

Bullshit. What about that cut scene 5:46:20? And "The mother Gaya" was represented as a black woman. Wtf blacks have with anything about? And are the american commander in chief sacrificed millions of soldiers just for ordinary human being. Zero Down is quite ambitious project. Aloy cant have anything about because can't help with anything but the initiatives for the project talking to Aloy like she is Jesus Chris who is about to be reborn. Wtf. The kids deserve better narrative.

Don't you think the preservation of all life on Earth is worth sacrifice? The kids will rarely find a better narrative than this one.

As a lover of the game storylines and movies...THANK YOU. Most cut out the side quests and stuff as not important to the story line and everyone else cur out the data points too so we didn't get to learn the history either. Love the game stories with no aptitude to play the games. What takes some a few weeks takes me years to play.mso I have up. I love being able to watch this and get the whole story. Thank you 👍😊

100% Agreed, I was lost for a little while after Id finished the DLC. What Guerrilla Games created with Horizon Zero Dawn was so unique and vast it was easy to get lost in it. Really hope we get a sequel one day.

Really glad you're enjoying it :) Sadly i always have to remove captions because of the amount of screen cropping / adjusting i do. If i had left the game captions on sometimes they'd have been there and the next they'd be missing which would have proved even more annoying lol. It's my hope that the auto-generate captions will improve over time.

@1:46, the structure looks like the remains of the Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs. That suggests this takes place in Colorado. Another video suggest that the 'wasteland' to the West is indeed the Utah desert. Interesting.

@@GAZArts it's too farmy I dont mind farming in games but some of the items you need for certain things, like one of the underground forts you need to find power cells to activate the gates, then you go and hunt down machines, but only certain ones have power cells, and even then you dont always pick them up upon killing them, same for needing specific items for crafting, some of the items are rare, thus you need to hunt and hunt and hunt and hunt and hunt and hunt and hunt and hunt and hunt and hunt and hunt and hunt and hunt and hunt and hunt until FINALLY you get one of the specific skins or bones that you need to craft that one specific item, and you have to go through the whole tedious process yet again just to get another one of those rare items, and again for another one.

You know what, I 100% agree with ya. I remember at the time thinking I'll use it because its my favourite armour in terms of the stats and oseram aesthetic but in terms of story it makes zero sense for Aloy to have it. It was a very silly decision on my part. Glad you enjoyed the rest lol.

You're not wrong, i also noticed that when putting this together, I do like how she shuts down all their advances though. I think that's one of the many reasons the game's so awesome, we don't have these typical romance tropes.

@@GAZArts thanks for the info!! i was really hoping to find a version that includes FW perfectly placed before the mountain that fell as its where its meant to be in world timeline and not have it sequence break aka pause hzd movie when at that quest just to watch fw and come back. alas I don't think anyone has done so, only having fw as a separate movie, which works but I'm just a perfectionist in that I really want to see it all in order in one movie but I do love this hzd movie (only detractor being the outfit as it really imersion breaks as she is a nora at the start with no access to other tribes stuff ut the rest is really good and I love all the detail) and will deff check out ur version of fw!! :D

Her having the armour at the beginning makes absolutely no sense. Its something I've learned not to repeat in the future.

After you complete the game you get "New Game+" added to the Main Menu. It lets you start the game from the beginning while keeping your level and equipment. I often record my second playthrough of games :)
