Thank you! This is the most concise, best answer I have received and it makes total sense. My headaches were so I bad and I would be dizzy and shakey and nauseous. I realize now it was because of estrogen dropping and my blood sugar because I wasn't eating regularly. I started eating healthy fats and fiber that keep me full longer and taking natural supplements and whole foods vs processed foods, and it has helped. I have a little headache at the moment so I may try some dark chocolate...i don't have any Willow bark.

Thank you for this video! I am going to try your products! I’ve been wanting some hormonal balancing but didn’t know where to begin without expensive naturopath visits and tests and, like you said, tons of supplements. I’m more of a whole food person than supplements, but if I’m going to supplement, it’s got to be with quality and effective ingredients that are actually supplementing my lifestyle and not just giving me expensive urine! 😂

Without further videos, I must say I can really connect with what you are saying! Not only that I feel migraines in my case had been caused by messy hormone cycle but I can tell it had been triggered by coffee, and also by a different mental state ! As you probbably have in your other videos, alternative ways of changing oneself without any medication are definitely real. I haven't had any migraines for many years and I still drink alot of coffee...but so much about my well-being has changed that I can tell, there's more to it than just female hormones, it has to do with energy, frequency, space and mind barriers that we have to crush. Keep on doing great work! And, to the public with migraines, I believe in you, you can also change and decrease or even eliminate your horrible pains forever! ❤️🍀

My son also has been getting migraines since he was a toddler. My migraines have only increased from once a month to several times a month. I am in my 40's and going through huge hormonal changes. I definitely do not want to take synthetic hormones. I have been have hot flashes throughout the day and night for the past couple years with several months break in between.

I don't know where to start. Headaches seem to be before and after my cycle but I haven't been tracking my cycles so im not positive. I do have a very clean whole food healthy diet with many things that detox my body daily. No coffee or caffeine minimal sugar. Should I start tracking to see if I need the estradiol? Some days I can tell it might turn into a headache when im awake before I have even had food something just feels off and my stomach is off. Ive always thought I wonder if its an estrogen dumb or like you say withdrawal. It usually gets worse by the afternoon esp after I eat lunch or take a nap. Ill wake up with it worse. I have gone years without taking Tylenol or ibuprofen but lately Ive just lost my patience in laying in bed for hours in pain and nausea. My older tween girls are also experiencing headaches and they have not started their cycles yet.

Ok, so as a 52 year old male if I miss a meal I get a migraine. I follow a strict schedule. Breakfast between 7 and 8, lunch 11-12 and dinner 4-5. Outside that, migraine! I didn't used to be this way. Also I have to eat lots of protein. 3-4 eggs. double burger. If not, migraine. I liked your video, it resonated with me, but being male, it doesn't fit me exactly. Do I need testosterone? I have most of my hair, decent libido etc. How do I get back to the way I once was, when I missed a meal I was simply hungry, not a 3 day headache with nausea. (Maxalt and Zofran help, and Topomax etc) But it'd be nice if all that went away. Any thoughts?
