it's actually engaging and sickening how hard I've had to FIGHT to get the wellness care i need. meanwhile, I'm paying insane taxes to cover Medicare, to care for a generation that refused to mind their health

I use Estradiol, Progesterone and Testosterone....if i had to pick one, it would be testosterone, hands down... it's not even close. I do not use it for libido and I'm so sick and tired of hearing this use. I use it for sleep, muscle maintenance and, most importantly, a general sense of well being. i use a compounded cream and travel to a doctor out of state for prescription bc it is that much of a game changer. This needs to change.

HRT is not birth control correct? It just stops ovulation. I’m confused by your comment 45:47. Other MDs say this is not HRT??
