WTF,this so called SOT. . . . In fact they should carry ID card n display when in civilian clothes. Otherwise public cannot distinguish between criminal n Cop when they unnecessarily harass for example in da middle of da night by stopping da vehicle without identifying themselves. . . . . Btw not in this particular case.
