Update ₹200 is fine. Coz I'm an Aadhar supervisor as well. And we don't have a salary. As per my experience, per head ₹50 has to be paid for Aadhaar Coordinator and per head ₹50 for who called us(organizer) And per head ₹50 is our(operator) pocket and from here we need to manage our vehicle fare and whatever we eat during work time and A4 paper, printer color.

When the government invests everything for us, they'll provide a generator, and a set of machines. And we'll receive like 6000/7000 but not sure. Operators raised an appeal many times regarding salary but still no response from the DC office. None of the operators receive their salary yet so even in the govt office they charged it.

Rs 150 is very reasonable .. becoz govt charge is rs 50 which they deduct as processing charge.. Aadhaar service centre they used to invest huge amount in aquipments like laptop under 45 k finger printer scanner 35-40 k. Iris scanner around 25 k gps system 5k printer 30k for tables and rack around 15k plus they hardly can enrole 25-30 applicants... So just think it sir.... There are lots of unseen expenditure...

Transaction charge maybe 50 or 100 etc. But what about other charges inclusive i.e, electricity charge for using devices (PC, printer, finger print device, iris device, A4 papers, printer ink, seva kendra registration fees etc.) And also registration of CSC which is so hard to get for whose ID and password you have to register yourself and pass the examination for obtaining BC certificate. Trading licence from magistrate is also costly. You need to first research the initial cost to open a CSC, the overall cost and the running cost of the service provider included his/her valuable time for the service. You get nothing for free. If the transaction cost is 50 and you take 50 from customer, what are you left with? You need to survey the overall cost, hard work and time of the service provider too.

​CSC retailers are not Government employees. They are private establishment or self established center for providing services to public regarding Government services such as Aadhaar update, PAN update, Government yojnas, banking services etc. etc. through Government registered private companies. They do not get payments from Government. Now, you make ask why we need CSC or common service center? Banks and Government establishments are limited and population is increasing day by day. Also you need to travel long distance to go to Government establishments such as banks and post office etc. and make long queue there. Some people don't have time to make long queue as they may have busy schedule every second counts for them and so they prefer CSCs. If you have money and time to travel to long distance banks and post office then you may reach it out and make queue there and pay the same amount for transaction made.

Very soon Hornbill TV will give a clarification as to why they had dragged the name of CSC instead of UIDAI AADHAR CENTER because CSCs are not authorised for Change of Phone Number in AADHAR except minor Changes like Address update and even for that we do it only on exceptional cases with minimum Charges . So dragging the name of CSC and defaming it without verifying the properly will lead to Apology / Clarification soon .
