I was only looking for the first 10 min lol, I was only looking for WHY (Horner's Method), NOT HOW.

Ohhhh okay, this makes so much more sense. My professor was doing this with absolutely no context so I really appreciate this video.

hey, this was extremely helpful! My programming professor randomly wanted us to utilize this method instead of using the longer method to create a function and i had no idea what horners was. low and behold watching your video reminded me that i learned this method back in freshman year algebra so many years ago. thanks so much bro

The frame at 13:43 is the only thing I really needed, history is cool and all but most people stumble on videos like this when they're desperately looking for explanations at 5am thanks to lack-luster profs, lol

Well, then I am glad I at least included the frame at 13:43! ;)

Cool but why use this method? If we have a calculator, basic method much easier right?
@mathaha2922 Жыл бұрын
A calculator gives you the answer. This series of videos is about how that answer can be figured out -- by a human or a calculator. Thanks for your question!
