The biggest wonside of these is the reload. You can do 100 things in those 12 seconds of being completely useless, return, be useful for like 5 seconds and then go do another 100 things

Which is why these work better on a Crisis. Stay in stealth till the reload. But then might as well use a reaper if you have to wait that long.

I see no point in using a dama amplifier it is takes to long to stack up when using a titan. One is better off using the canibal reactor as the buff is already active and the difference is barely 20% dmg. And why wait to build up damage when you can already have it.
