@Jackson54321 Жыл бұрын
My list Boston; smallest amount of weakness, found how to not rely on threes as much, but Tatum and Brown need to be more consistent especially in the playoffs. Milwaukee; Dame’s inconsistencies and lack of backcourt defense would be revealed against any good team in the East. I don’t know if come playoff time Jackson Jr and Crowder will be able to play well on both sides of the ball that they get serious minutes. Still the best offensive team in the east IMO. Miami; This move only helps the offensive side of the ball which they can always use help on, and my only concern is how well is Jaquez and Martin gonna have to play to match what Tatum and Brown are capable of. Philly; MVP 70, but playoffs are a different story. Miami is over them just cause they proved they can get to the ECF and beyond multiple times, Philly hasn’t. Harden is gone, they are a good team, but once again I don’t feel like any of their wings can stop Tatum and Brown if that’s what it comes down to. Knicks; I like the OG trade, I like their depth, although they are in my opinion too small and don’t consistently have a prime scorer. Good team, but not finals worthy unless they get a proved #1. Cleveland; at this time they are scorching hot, without Garland and Mobley, but I don’t think they have enough playoff experience to go that far. Another solid team, but not finals worthy unless Garland and Mobley take that all star leap. Indy; traded for Siakam a week ago, lost 4 of 5, but limited Haliburton in that time. I think they are the *best* team head to head vs Milwaukee, with RC’s system and Haliburton exposing Dame’s defense. Siakam only spaces the floor more in that offense, and another scorer in case Tyrese is not available. Orlando; at one point, beat Denver, Boston, and Milwaukee in a 2 week span. They’ve proved themselves with Franz, Paolo, and Co. Maybe a lack of playoff experience hurts saying hypothetically they play Boston. Like their team, but probably in 2-3 years they have a better team with Paolo being a superstar caliber player.
@rabeechowdhury Жыл бұрын
If the Bucks face the Pacers in the first round with a healthy haliburton, they'll get bounced in the first round without a last minute trade. Dare I say, swept in the first round.

great pickup for the Heat. idk if Shannon is right in calling Rozier a younger version of Lowry. Lowry was more of a playmaking 3 & D guy for pretty much his whole career. Rozier is more of a shot creator.
@willlowry2288 Жыл бұрын
My brother YOURE dead wrong. Lowry is a 6 time all star and had Toronto finish top 3 in the east 8 times in 8 years. Rozier is never going to be the best player on a conference finals team the way Lowry was in 2016.
@amosvane Жыл бұрын
@@willlowry2288 none of that negates what i said lol. youre bringing up accolades, im just saying their play styles are different, so what are you on about? i also never said one was better than the other in their prime. idk why you gotta dunk on Rozier like that lol. he dont gotta be the best player on this Heat team, i never said he did…
@willlowry2288 Жыл бұрын
@@amosvane You just didn’t give an accurate description of Young Lowry’s game though. He wasn’t a 3 and D player. When you think of 3 and D player archetypes people talk about guys like OG annunoby. Guys who only play to defend and spot up for a 3 on Offence. Lowry was definitely a great shot creator back In the mid 2010’s. I don’t know how he’d start in a couple all star games if he couldn’t.
@amosvane Жыл бұрын
@@willlowry2288 you left out the “playmaking” part. i said he was a playmaking 3&D guy. he wasnt a shot creator, he just played in an offense and found good looks when he could, but wasnt the kind of guy to put the ball on the floor and go score a bucket on his own consistently. the scoring role was for Demar then Kawhi. you can still be an all-star and have all the accolades you mentioned without being the guy you think Lowry was back in the day. Klay Thompson is the very definition of a 3&D player and he has all the same accolades and more. Its not a diss to Kyle Lowry. the guy was one hell of a player, but hes not the guy youre trying to make him sound like. He was a great point guard who could open the floor and make the right play, shoot the 3 ball, and play elite defense. thats why he was an all-star.
@willlowry2288 Жыл бұрын
@@amosvane my brother, go watch game 6 Raps vs Celtics. If you think this dude wasn’t a shot creator. You don’t average 22.5ppg in a a defensively tougher and offensively slower league in 2016 as a 6ft pg if you can’t create your own shot. we proved last year that the bubble finals run wasn’t a fluke, by going to the finals yet again. in fact, the same four teams who made the bubble final four made the final four last year. the reason why we were so good, was really because of the depth on our roster along with the hidden talent none really saw coming. nobody knew who Gabe Vincent was, Max Strus, Caleb Martin, Duncan Robinson, until the Heat played the Celtics and we’re about to sweep them until they didn’t. now because they went all in for Dame and failed miserably because the front office couldn’t agree to terms, we got rid of a lot of role players, had to give more rookies minutes and move them up on the roster. basically gained nothing in the offseason. which is why I think we won’t go far this year. I like this trade think it’s better to get a younger Vet than having Kyle and hopefully we make at least one more move going into the playoffs
