Wow. I’m so happy I watched this. I had a break up a week ago and it’s like he’s reading my story from a book.. It was literally one sentence and the relationship was over (of course the relationship had other deep rooted issues).. I have a moon + rahu conjunction in my chart. Just hearing this was healing because it reinforces this was just meant to be. I contemplated the end for a long time but avoided it, until now I’m forced to. I don’t smoke or drink but have been wanting to, to distract from the heavy emotions but I will stay strong. I know that ultimately this is for the best anyway and that I needed this lesson. It’s true that every breakup makes you a better person. Thank you, Punniet, for this incredibly beautiful and meaningful message. I really needed this.. My next relationship I will certainly consult with you LOL. I am going to give myself the time needed to heal and reflect though.

I am a psychologist by profession and also a student and believer of Astrology. Both can be ways of dealing with strife, however, just want to emphasize that psychologists don't 'give the talk', we are not preachers or lecturers, therapy work enables people to learn to witness their emotions, thoughts and behaviors, learn to bear the discomfort without acting on it, create a sense of safety and security within self. Please bring a psychologist on podcast for detailed knowledge. Astrological remedies and sprituality also help with handling discomfort, but eventually it is about elevating self consciousness, aatma- sakshatkar and I would say psychotherapy is also another medium in same direction.
