Golden rule on Indian highways , if a truck driver gives you way on the right then 99.99% of the time it is not because he is allowing you to overtake but it is because there is an even slower vehicle in his lane and so he is shifting lanes in order to pass it from the left. Remember this golden rule and you could save yourself a lot of grief ..

Idiot and foolish drivers on this road...no wonder there are many accidents. Driving standards are very poor. I'm trying to figure out if left side lane is what is called a "hard shoulder" in the UK meant only for police and emergency services.....which in the video is being used as a standard traffic lane.
