This makes me wonder if I do have C-PTSD or not because it’s hard to distinguish the symptoms from my autism as they can be similar and both would make me feel isolated from everyone else but I know I have horrible trauma from this because like you I was severely bullied and isolated from most of my year/grade in primary and secondary school. To be honest I wouldn’t be surprised if I do have it because it did really affect my mental health and self esteem AT LEAST and every time I think about it it’s horrendous and I feel all vulnerable again. Plus, I got betrayed by friends in both primary and secondary school so I can’t even fully trust any of my friends now because I might trust them to a certain level but I don’t trust that they’re not like the others and they’re not just secretly hating me. But then again that could just be my autism as it was diagnosed when I was a little kid, or it could be them both overlapping if I do have that

*"It's just a game of pretend"* really spoke to me, and by far my favorite line. In short, my "friends" (my friends now, back then not) made me feel like i had no control. They took advantage of me. There was a whole group. This kid there kept asking me to date him and i always turned him down. But i felt this pressure, since everytime he walked away ashamed, his friend would comfort him and tell him i was blushing and i liked him. During that time my parents were fighting. Arguing, and sometimes fighting. My brother hated me (or thats what it felt like). My hamster died. I gained depression and severe anxiety. My friends (not part of the group that made me feel uncomfortable) always made me happy in such dark times. Except one day, out of nowhere, she decided to play "marry" with the group. They walked towards me with the kid who would ask me out. But to me suprise, she was with them. I felt betrayed to discover the only person who didnt make me feel left out had joined them. They still have not apoligized to this day.. I began to have suicidal thoughts. And through it all, i pretended to be happy. It feels like everyone is after me, they hate me, would like to see me suffer, and yet i have to pretend to be happy because im not confident enough to stand up for myself

Hits different when you WERE the ones they're singing about a short time ago. I was going through a lot of shit and found comfort in the idea that I could cause fear in others, and that I had power. It was 5th grade, everybody treated me like an asshole, so I chose to earn the title, the whole time justifying my actions as "revenge". I got this from a book I just finished reading: People tell stories about themselves, and it hurts to realize they aren't true. Yes, I did good things. I started with good intentions, but I became the very monsters I claimed to be fighting, and became "friends" with those monsters, who convinced me I was funny and should keep going. Of course, my actions were my own, but it's particularly on my "friends" for making me worse and enabling my shitty actions.

+WolfCave Studios I used to get bullied. Bad, too. I switched schools a few years back, the bullying has toned down a bit, but now it's behind my back. I can hear their conversations. They pick on me occasionally, and they exclude me. I only get respect now because I got friendzoned by my crush. Quite frankly, though, I hate them. It's gotten better this year, though. I've been openly hateful and I actually let my darker emotions show. The only problem is that I don't have many good emotions showing.

I think this song talks about how some kids do bad things when they are younger then when they get older they become criminal etc. so this song shows how fed up the singer is with the kids who do these horrible things. So he blames them for everything but in the end he realizes that adults are partially to blame thus the ending lyrics “Horrible kids, Horrible kids, Horrible kids, look what WE did”

Picture this he was just a kid, Not knowing where to begin, He wore all the wrong clothes followed all the wrong trends, Persecuted for the things he did. Picture this he was all alone, Without a friend to call his own So he sat on his bed, With the thought in his head, With wishes that they all were dead. This is actually my mentality towards the kids in school. They always make fun of me because I wear an old martial arts jacket, sweatpants and hand-me-down sneakers.
