I feel devastated for the mom. Man she lost all of her babies. She’s so gone. You can tell she is damaged and takes a lot of medication.

I really feel bad for Joanne. If she hadn’t tried to escape when she did, she would’ve been killed too and more than likely suffered sa and torture at the hands of that monster. The amazing amount of courage it must have taken to make a run for it in the middle of the night in the Australian outback while bound is unfathomable to me. If he had killed her too, they would have been 2 random tourists who vanished in the middle of nowhere. No one would have seen it happen and he would have never been caught. The fact that everyone was judging her every word, stirring up mistakes she made in the past and just being callous and unkind after what she went through is just awful. I hope she has been able to move forward and find some kind of happiness and peace in this life.

I could not have said this better myself! I am so proud of Joanne for finding the courage to run and save herself. I would have been absolutely terrified to run into the outback knowing I may die out there regardless. If it wasn’t for Joanne, they NEVER would have caught him, and he would’ve continued on his monstrous missions.

She's definitely not the innocent victim she's made to be. There is a lot of stuff left out from the case (I have family who worked it). Not saying Murdoch is innocent, he's a pig who committed some horrible crimes, but Falconio is one that doesn't really add up too much. I suggest looking into Lees a bit deeper than just the surface scared in the episode at the start. Even her own family thinks she's guilty.

I think if you say you are going to kill your kids to spite your wife and then they die in a "freak accident".... Well, I think it obvious it was a purposeful act and not an accident. He didn't really sound like he ever valued them a way a father should - they depicted him bullying the kids and tormenting them to the point of them being in angry tears.... I don't believe he loved them in the way he should have.

I saw a recent documentary which raises serious forensic (technical and medical) and procedural doubts about how the police investigation and the trial were conducted. It seems that the expert medical witness was not an expert in respiratory matters and claimed that coughing could not cause unconsciousness, when that phenomenon was already known among respiratory specialists at the time. Also, the reconstruction of the car sinking was done in two metres of water, not the eight meters where the accident actually happened. The car would have sunk far faster than the police said. So the medical and technical opinions presented at the trial do not stand up to scientific scrutiny. There have been calls for a retrial due to a possible miscarriage of justice.

I am really annoyed by the Diane Mangan insertion and the patronising way she suggests that women need to reach out in cases of domestic violence! This was not a case of domestic violence - this was a case of a narcissist who didn't get his way. Allison was blindsided because a narcissist can be a very good husband until they feel they are no longer the centre of your world, then they are eyeing up the next 'victim'. Some have affair after affair, with a lot of gaslighting and downplaying. Some see no way out except to remove the obstacles in their way. Their fantasy becomes their reality. I speak from experience.

There’s something fishy about the Falconio case. The thing is, it took overseas viewers to say that. We were all sympathy. But then, people we know in the UK were saying hang on….they smelled something off. And we still just don’t know. The Press get howled down a lot, and sometimes it’s deserved. But, they get things happening. Edit in the end, in all of this, let’s not forget poor Peter. R.I.P. to him.

I don’t think you had the ability to investigate Peter’s case either, the woman is guilty and Bradley is innocent but the NT Police don’t want to lose face after the Chamberlin case. I had 37 years in the NT and I’d have called Walt Disney before I called the police. They’re not the only cases they got wrong, lazy policing.

I think he is guilty as charged, I hope he never gets out. Some of his police interview that was on 60 minutes recently was interesting to watch , his lack of empathy stood out a mile , as well as his lies. His deliberate act was solely to spite Cindy .... he thought he'd get away with it.

@@TheTrueCrimeChannelBecause he has always maintained his innocence and because it is quite possible he was telling the truth when he said the car sank within seconds. There is a strong possibility he is guilty, yes. I don't know, you don't know and it's not as if he got convicted without any doubt or controversy. He might be innocent. We may never find out.

The woman driving behind him said that he would " slow down" then pick up speed,4 5 times..he was LOOKING for that dam..to murder his kids.. A family Anialator Like Chris Whatts, Although he didnt kill.his wife.. He wanted her to.see her kids deceased,to punish her for leaving him So let's let go of " coughing fits".. It didn't happen

@@Rubytuesday1569 I think its important to have an open mind, why can't the dead say who killed them? Especially if it's in their voice. You can't make up someone's voice in a livestream. And someone who knew him, stated that was his voice! I didn't know him, nor did I know what he sounded like before he left this world. And as for evidence, I could ask the same question to you.. why charge a person with his murder without a body? Isn't that considered irresponsible too?
