it's really interesting how andrew never raises any *moral* objections to whatever ashley suggests? like, yeah, he could've just knocked the warden out instead of killing the guy, and his first objection to cannibalism is "we'll get arrested later." even in the flashback, it's "what if someone finds out." he's generally more afraid of being caught and punished rather than actually having morals. it raises.. questions... about how the two were raised.

At first their relationship seemed funny in a dark way, given the huge amounts of dark humor they threw at each other, but it began to be painful and mean-spirited how Ashley kept only thinking about herself and clearly took no care of Andrew's breakup, then being very eager to eat a dead guy. But what crossed the line was basically leaving a girl to die because her brother thought she was pretty and she couldn't fathom him prefering a girl over his sister. I honestly wouldn't have blamed Andrew if he choked his sister but their relationship was so messy and toxic he couldn't break free.

@@gavadava6655 As characters. Not as people. It was engaging to watch them interact and get to know them. But I under no circumstances would ever want or like people who act like this in real life. They both suck and have some disturbing predilections. So they aren't likeable as people. It's the same idea as why people "like" Rick Sanchez and Dr. House. They feel fleshed out and real rather than a simple list of popular tropes. Ashely has some sort of....brocon thing going on but she has other traits outside of that. And Andrew while being her foil has some pretty important character development happen in a really short amount of time and you can literally feel how fed up he's getting with her even before the end. So yeah. Not enjoyable or good people. But well written and engaging characters. There are lots of stereotypically "good" characters who aren't likeable because they're flat, boring and evoke zero emotional response to their plights. I don’t think the brother does much gaslighting or manipulating… he very much seems to be more the victim, he seems like a dependable older brother but often submits to his sister and her wishes, we see this as early as when she convinced him to eat the tomatoes now instead of saving them. She then continues to gaslight and manipulate him, convincing him to break int their neighbours apartment, then convincing him to partake in the cannibalism, gaslighting him into thinking it was his own idea and she did nothing wrong. Throughout the whole game she justifies all her actions by saying “I technically haven’t done anything, I made YOU do it, I’m innocent, you’re the bad guy” and then it’s also shown she is extremely… clingy? She doesn’t let him be in any relationship and at even the thought he may have liked another woman, she immediately starts manipulating him saying stuff like “you really must hate me, choosing a random woman over me, I should just kill myself now then”. While in the whole game I don’t think we see the brother manipulating her at all.

I mean when I look back on my life I am a very turbulent person and I don’t usually behave manipulatively and am usually over-sensitive to what others say about me, but when I grew older and I am closer with my mom, I would exactly behave like my dad, who would just naturally dismiss her and order her to do things… it just seems like all the time I didn’t spent with my dad just got repaid with genetics 😂 And I don’t realize I was manipulating her until she told me again and again it was, and it was pretty extraordinary to find out for myself that I am desensitized to my mom when I say something hurtful and not to everyone else 😂 so honestly I think it is a very natural and subconscious thing

it takes someone that is vulnerable and easily guilty and even you can make them completely yours. you know how to understand social cues and emotional cues, probably. with the right action you can get them to answer exactly the way you want. if you learn the mental patterns of someone you can easily do whatever you want to them. it's on you to use that for good and not bad.. but some people can't help themselves and they go ahead and do it anyways. observe how people talk and how they interact with X and Y, see what they like, what they don't like... also, if you notice, all manipulative people are nice upfront. they're the sweetest and most caring people. they make you open up to them so they have more things to pull your strings with. she knows how to rile him up and calm him down to put him right where she wants, because she knows exactly how to talk to him to get him to do things. it's toxic and disgusting. don't use it for harm. instead, use it to reinforce positive behaviors on people. as weird as it sounds. :)

It's interesting, since, because the game is from Ashley's POV and the "narration" is her thoughts (referring to herself in the second person), you occassionally get a taste of the mind of a damn near sociopath, a corrupted person sprouted from what was likely years of emotional neglect from her parents, when she thinks or comments on something. "What are you gonna do, lick it clean? Get the mop you dumb bastard." sticks out to me for that reason. That she treats herself like garbage in her own mind, but doesn't think of it as a biggie. In a sense, many would indeed call her insane. Emotionally unstable, with no construct of morals, and clinging desperately yet manipulatively to the attention of her brother, the only person she has left. God this game just captivated me so thoroughly.

But considering the first _scene_ we had was her abandoning her kids with no concern at all, I'd say it is much more likely she was (at minimum) verbally abusive to her kids.

I get that Ashley is a fun character and all, but when it comes to the toxic aspects of their relationship people need to stop acting like Andrew is just as bad. It was her idea to eat the neighbor (22:55) but she gaslights him into believing he brought it up first (23:18)(39:06). Throughout the game she lies to him, emotionally manipulates him, and even belittles him when his girlfriend breaks up with him. The most he does in return is... be rude when she antagonizes him. That is, of course, up until the end when he briefly snaps, but setting that aside it's important to understand that this isn't an equally toxic relationship on both ends. She uses all the same tactics as an abuser trying to keep her victim from leaving and if you don't pick up on it then you're probably vulnerable to that sort of thing yourself.

She found the perfect person in me who would take her abuse for three straight years while I slowly devolved socially into a drone purely roped up in her affairs with hardly a semblance of independence. I would've done anything for her and endured everything without so much as fighting back because I truly internalized all of the things she said about me. 8 years later and I still am coming around from it. And yet, I strangely miss her? My mind occasionally comes back to thoughts of her. I found Ashley to be ... Oddly reminiscent of that and paradoxical. She's both attractive and horrifying. The best thing to do is acknowledge it happened, and that it was something bad, grieve the relationship and find closure, then do your best to move on. this is few of the times that i've been really invested into a dynamic in horror, especially a sibling dynamic. this is one of the rare times you see a well written toxic dynamic between siblings, and it's good to see that its not just for the sake of making incest and toxic dynamics "romantic" but for the sake of portraying toxicity among two people who are victims of their environments... and to portray that one of the siblings is also a victim (and enabler) to the sibling that became the one who gets the power more often. the manipulation, the codependency, the pattern of fighting-affection-fighting, and well.. their whole dynamic in general, is a gross one to see and most of all, tragic. there's clear complexity in this horror game and not going to lie, the toxic but good written dynamic was not what i was expecting when i clicked on this video but it's a dynamic with depth that was interesting. it's slightly annoying that few of the comments boil down this game to be a "romantic incest game" when it's so much more than that (plus i feel like that's an misinterpretation since there isn't incest in this game, and the dynamic isn't portrayed as romantic or normal anyway). there are "affectionate" moments, but the affection moments aren't even "strictly for romantic relationships" enough to call it an immediate sign of incest... plenty of siblings can be affectionate without romance. and of course there is ashley's jealously over women that are considered prettier than her, women that andrew's into and women that are his girlfriends... but this can be simply explained by ashley heavily depending on andrew's attention and presence because she mostly *has* andrew's attention, as their mother is pretty neglectful. and of course as shown by ashley's manipulative nature, she mostly expresses this jealously as a way to manipulate him (and of course cuts women out of his life in order to have control of him and attention from him). but anyway yeah, this game was really interesting to see and if there will be ever a sequel, i'll be hella invested.
@SkySquad Жыл бұрын
Holy shit thank you!!!!! Im so tired of people pointing at people being affectionate and always make it be romantic or sexual. Theres other kinds of love!!!!! And yes its amazing how well this was written. It was still fun to watch because their characters are written well and the banter is humorous, but you can very clearly see its toxic and harmful and its not justified at all. I think their relationship is scarrier than the actual horror scenario theyre in I was really rooting for andrew to actually kill her at some point...but i knew he wouldnt. Ashley knows how to manipulate him and even she knew deep down that he wouldnt but laid on the sweet talk thick on that moment...

Cant remember the last time I was so engaged by one of these playthroughs. Felt anxious throughout the whole thing, especially when the siblings fought. I actually got mad at Ashley a couple of times lmao (Andy aint no saint either) And as you said, its not a romantic relationship (probably...), but its easy to think of it as one bc of the "cute anime" style and all the cliches from the genre. Wow. That was a rollercoaster ride of toxic codependentsy, demon summoning, and cannibalism. There's just one thing in the story that felt unanswered: what was the point of the quarantine? They say it's some sort of parasite, but there was no effort put into ridding the parasite from the infected. There's also the grading system that dictates how you're treated.
@liger04 Жыл бұрын
It seems to be a hoax to convert apartments and everyone inside into organ storage/harvesting operations. The nurse's "blood work" was literally just a normal checkup where they confirm blood type and make sure you don't have bloodborne illnesses under the guise of looking for a nonexistent "parasite". The wardens are supposed to distribute just enough food to keep everyone alive, then when organs of a particular blood type are needed they can simply "report a suicide". Proactively. Now there's fresh organs for use or sale. People with blood type AB are called "universal receivers" because they can receive blood transfusions (or organ transplants containing blood) from any other blood type (though in reality it's a little more complicated since AB can be split into AB+ and AB- which are incompatible with each other). However, the antibodies in the blood will cause life-threatening complications in anyone that's not the exact same type as them. Since type AB is pretty rare, that makes them relatively unsellable. The guards tried to make their job easier by starving out these unsellable ones. Unfortunately for the guards, Andrew and Ashley seem to be type-AB as well as capable of murder when pressured. (KZbin is saying my comment didn't post, but it's also saying there's a new reply and won't show me what it is. I'll give it another shot since this I spent way too much time writing this)

@FerisSalvo Жыл бұрын
Those "Grades" were blood types, which is why AB blood types were treated poorly compared to the rest, since AB blood can only be transfused into other AB blood type patients, unlike A/B/O, who can all transfuse into their respective blood types + AB, with O being able to transfuse their blood to all blood types. I'm sure it's more complex in lore than that, however I'm not a doctor or a theorist by any stretch of the imagination, so you'll have to figure that bit out yourself. 👍

Those were blood types, they were harvesting organs.
@lordofnaps Жыл бұрын
The "grading system" was blood type, the "water company" used contaminated water as a cover to quarantine people to harvest their organs, if this were a real quarantine the mothers "I only drank orange juice" wouldn't have flown. There was no effort cause there was no parasite they stopped feeding people based on how commonly applicable their blood type was as that kinda matters for organ transplants.

Andrew may have done some objectively bad things, but he never wanted to. He was always pressured and manipulated into whatever Ashley demands. She intentionally abuses him. She knows he won’t retaliate. She feels entitled to him. Andrew is trapped in a hellish reality of wanting to do right and be good, or normal, but never offered a chance. When he finally takes the initiative to do bad things, he is repulsed by himself. He tries to spit out the Human flesh, he intends to reject demon summoning, he cleans up after himself when he perceives himself in the wrong. He commits to murder to protect his sister, and the man he murdered was aiding an organ trafficking scheme that they were both unfortunate victims of. He tries to go easy on his hostage, he refuses to see women as objects of his lust, he desires romance and intimacy, to be seen and understood. As a boy, he followed his mother’s instruction to defer to his sister’s needs, despite the responsibilities that clearly entailed. He looks ahead, has their better interests at heart, even if he struggles to express it. Ashley uses those childish nicknames to bring Andrew back to the mindset he had as a child, to better dig her talons into him and keep him in line, at her beck and call. She admits to basically miming the stereotypical brother sister dynamic, yet she takes it for granted, clearly not comprehending what it’s meant to be founded on, again, entitlement; with a dash of ignorance. Andrew doesn’t lash out, despite the immense stress his life and present circumstances put him through. And when he finally reaches the height of it, instigating the stranglehold on his cruel un-empathetic sister, he can’t follow through. After just killing yet another person despite himself. The most tragic thing about this is Ashley has enabled him to do these horrible things or accept his ultimate fate with her, but when faced with that reality, rather than continue his violent spree, he recognizes killing Ashley to be wrong, even as she taunts him, and he regresses back to the boy he’s been his entire life. I’d like to think he just can’t cross the line of killing his family. Yet even that would be bittersweet, as she is his defacto greatest abuser, and in denying his cycle of violence which she spurred on, he is doomed to the alternative cycle of being Ashley’s puppet till they die. This story is fucked. Wth
@bitchywitchy6943 Жыл бұрын
ngl this is a pretty generous take on Andrew, while yeah Ashely does manipulate him throughout she actually doesn't tell him to do most of the things he chooses to do through the game. He has his own flaws and is almost as sociopathic as her. Yeah the girl in the box was primarily Ashely's fault the cannibalism was both of their decisions. He still went through with it (understandably as they were both starving). both of the murders he commits himself, Ashley never told him to do either and while one of them was to protect her there were better ways he could've gone about it. Both times he CHOSE to murder, instead of just injuring them and ensuring they couldn't move. Neither times did Ashley even have a say. The demon summoning ritual was all his idea in the first place and he continuously gave instructions to Ashley to make it happen. Even at the start he's more concerned with getting caught than he is in the morality of the situation. He has his own autonomy too he is most definitely not a victim
@NerdOracle Жыл бұрын
@@bitchywitchy6943 I would disagree. He certainly doesn’t strike me as a victim through and through, but his very identity informs his decision-making and his “morality”, far as I can tell. it seems clear to me, especially later on, that Andrew never exactly had a chance to be ‘better’. He and Ashley are both victims of a flawed reality that neither can be blamed for getting lost in, but it’s also clear who is really steering their lives at this point, even if Andrew is the one in the literal driver’s seat. I’m fact it’s only after he attempts to symbolically throw Andy away that he has accepted himself and his flaws, regardless of his responsibilities to his past, and tries to change, not necessarily for the best, but going forward. Hell, Andrew was practically willing to starve to death, simply because he believed that things were “in order”, in some capacity. But I admit my perception is probably biased.

I feel that the people that say that they became lovers are misreading the situation. Yes Ashley says that "I want you only for myself" and all, but that is not always romantic. Ashley sees Andrew as her possession that only she owns and everytime she noticed that Andrew is pulling away from her, she then proceeds act like a victim, gaslights him and starts pulling his strings, because Andrew cares about her and is supposed to take care of her and she knows that very well. After she gets what she wants, she then rewards him by being the sister he loves untill her next outburst and the whole thing repeats over and over again just like in real life untill the victim manages to escape...

Andy and Leyley where buried and left behind in that room. This kinda gives me hope for their relationship to get healthier after the fact, I really like that it's sort of open ended and you can draw your own conclusions as to how they might get on in the future. So, my guess is, they both had a turbulent childhood for some reason, and it molded Ashley’s entire personality. She is clearly a sociopath, but also one that is quite fond of manipulation, which tells me that she realized very early on that manipulation was the main way to get what she wanted. I’d wager mostly due to the pains of Ashley’s obsessive, manipulative and clear sociopathic behavior, as well as Andrews subservience, the parents decided to sell off their children in some sort of “black market” apartment used for organ harvesting (it seemed mostly for blood harvesting so maybe they genuinely didn’t know it was that bad). Since AB is a pretty useless blood type to harvest, they just slowly starve Andrew and Ashley till they escape. Does Ashley have a glimmer of hope (I Can Fix Her Route)? Kind of. There’s a few inconsistent actions with her being a sociopath. For one, she seems truly emotionally dependent on Andrew’s attention, to the point where, until they saw the cultist dying, I figure she would have rather died with Andrew than murder and eat him. Furthermore, she mentions how her parents and friends did nothing for her when she asked for help, and mentioned she didn’t feel like caring about them anymore. This implies, surprisingly, that she cared about them. This could be disregarded as her playing it up, since she also didn’t care tons about her childhood friend dying in a locked box, but when she spoke of this it did have her rare dark-eyed sprite, which had been associated with genuine “bad” feelings (like starving to death lol). All in all, INSANE character-building. Dialogue was on-point, and having a “normal” (normal here: being merely capable of feeling empathy) character bounce off of a sociopath made for such an interesting perspective on both of them. And the common problem of writing a sociopath, being that he’s bound to betray or be abandoned by the slightly more sensible protagonist, is neatly resolved by their family bonds. Media that I can look at and confidently say I could not have executed what they were going for better in a million years is almost cathartic to find.

@oxfordcommaisthegreatest Жыл бұрын
Thing about people with ASPD (using this term instead of sociopath to be more precise) is that they CAN feel emotional attachments, so that part for me isn't inconsistent. It's just that they form emotional attachments differently. That depends on the person largely, but for example I've heard from an acquaintance that they can feel attached to people in the moment, but if they died or drifted apart they wouldn't care. Another person i talked to (a malignant narc I believe) said that their attachment is based on how similar the person is to them. And there's another buddy of mine who has an SO he genuinely cares about, just struggles to feel emotions towards at times due to lack of empathy and muted emotions. The experiences here are pretty vast and interesting.

I've seen people paint Ashley as the bad guy and Andrew as the victim. Now, while Ashley is *definitively* bad as a person, manipulating (albeit probably not fully on purpose, as she seems to genuinely believe anything less than giving her everything is neglect) her brother and guilt tripping him, it may be because he's grown numb to it all, but for the most part Andrew isn't so much scared of helping her as he's scared they'll get caught, The times he killed was because he was pushed to the edge, unlike her, so at least I wouldn't say he's as crazy as her but quite a strong moment that most people seem to forget when he actually snapped at her: He would put up with her, he would become partners in crime, it's not like he has a choice, sure, but first and foremost he likes her (*not in an incestuous way*), he cares about her and *wants* to get out of here *together*. But he won't put up with her being constantly jealous over nothing of importance. They came to an agreement, just the two of them, he's happy with it. I do think that while they are codependent, because he snapped at her and let her know that there are limits to what he can accept from her, she will try to control herself more, this is what I call a neutral ending for him. Bonus mention : Can we talk about the narrator in this game? Damn, considering Ashley's delusional tendencies I wouldn't be surprised if this was a voice she heard. I love it when the narrator is not a neutral entity.

Oh yeah no, they’re both definitely toxic to eachother in their own ways as well as being mentally unwell. I feel like it makes more sense for the sibling relationship to not be incestuous, especially when Ashley consistently mentions that Andrew is her brother. I think the reason she interfers with his love life is similar to sons with overbearing mothers who feel like their son will leave them if they find a girl. So Ashley refuses to accept that any girl is good enough for Andrew because she will never let them become as important as her to him and risk having the only person to care about her be taken away
@travislyonsgary Жыл бұрын
I noticed that Ashley was doing what a what of people with insecure attachment do in her actions and arguments, basically putting up test, to prove that the other person cares about them, because they are so unsure if anyone will keep caring about them. Her view of the girlfriends Andrew might get is actually a interesting case, since she seemed to be testing them on two fronts, one to see if they would pass the test by not "quitting" on her brother, and in that tribulation reach a equilibrium where they dont steal her brother from her/meet her qualifications to possibly be another person worth caring about. If there is a sequel I would be quite interested in seeing what kind of person would mesh with the siblings as they live their life on the run

This story gives so much food for thought, I want to share mine. Ashley, at a young age is already showing signs of sociopathic behaviours and I can gather from her vulgar language that she grew up exposed to bad stuff. Threats form naturally, she knows how to not get in trouble (so she's pretty smart), and she has a strange obsession towards attention (specifically her brother). Through some texts, Ashley probably has a small tiny bit of conscience inside her which is probably buried so deep, it's practically 6 feet under and will not be seeing the light of day after this organ harvesting ordeal. It's done and over and the chance of it ever rising should be theoretically nonexistent. I actually thought this was incestuous at the end but not at the same time. I sympathized with Ashley's fear of losing her brother, like when I was a child I didn't want my cousin to call my father dad because my dad is my dad, not his. But it was child-like and didn't last until adulthood; ashley didn't properly develop (or missed it, i guess) this stage of emotional development which I guess turned this, already over the top jealousy, to obsession. She's always suspicious and unbelieving; which she most likely got from her parents as well. Well, she's still an extremely messed up person though. Now for andrew.... Andrew hates "Andy", he said andy was spineless and stuff. I think the spineless part should be related to their mother actually. Andy could be a nickname from his mother; whatever mother said, he would listen; guilt tripped by leyley, he bends and listen. Therefore, spineless.(Oooh, mother and daughter really mirrored each other there.) Andrew is an overthinker and a planner. So he worries a lot, and between the two, he can mold better with society. While Ashley is temperamental, suspicious and sociopathic. The ending is well suited for this pair of siblings. Besides, ashley can dream of the future now. They will survive and maybe even thrive. Maybe get some character development, and maybe one day get some therapy. I think having clairvoyant dreams should help ease her suspicious personality for just a tiny tiny tiny bit. -Btw andrew's so attractive like gurl if only ur sister's not such a brocon and a sociopath then I-
@poke548 Жыл бұрын
For sure. Their mother definitely kind of just handed responsibility for Ashley off onto Andrew, and as far as we can tell their father isn't any better. For Ashley, Andrew is the closest thing to a father figure she's had, and the only figure of authority who actually gave a damn about her. Doesn't help that he is also, by extension, really easy to exploit. I feel like Ashley also has some serious self-worth issues. Sure, she acts all cocksure even in normally stressful situations, but as soon as there's another woman in the picture she falls to pieces. Every little comment from the people around her becomes an unspoken comparison, and every overt comparison is perceived through of all of Ashley's own insecurities. And whenever she's pushed to her limit, the one thing that's most important to her is asking Andrew what's not good enough about her. What's wrong with her. Why he would want to "pick" someone else. She's not just asking for affirmation and for her brother to stay with her, she thinks there's something really wrong with her... which, I mean, well, there _is_ but she seems to have come to terms with her sociopathy. She's convinced there's some other reason, that she's not pretty enough, or not quiet enough, or not happy enough, and can't accept that Andrew can have multiple different types of feelings for multiple different women, including platonic and romantic love, based on different traits. -And yeah, Ashley is also super hot. If only she wasn't a toxic sociopath. The playfulness, the neediness (at least up to a point), the choker, the slightly messy hair... goddamn.-

Ashely seems psychotic but Andrew seemed strangely calm when he killed too people, while yes he did almost puke while eating their neighbor, he didn’t even gag or anything when he killed those other too people but overall I actually love this game, looks and sounds really good and I love the story and would really like to see a continuation of it

I think like he said, his mental breakdown is gonna come later. I don’t know whether you have experienced it, but sometimes when you do horrible things it only dawn on you when you feel especially vulnerable. I honestly think it’s just because at the current end of the game Andrew is too focused on getting out and trying to battle his sister’s manipulation and he cannot show any emotional vulnerability that he showed to her after he ate the cultist and chopped his head off.

Some people dont get immediate reactions from emotionally distressing or traumatic events. But its still in their mind regardless

Yes, because gagging while eating is on the same level as gagging from seeing a fresh and still composed body

That's often how trauma works - it only comes out when you're out of the traumatic situation. If it wasn't like that, then us humans as a race wouldn't have survived that long, you see.

As messed up as they can be, Andrew and Ashley are both weirdly appealing. I ain't disgusted by their behaviour. Sure, I am definitely not at ease and my day is crumbling apart because now I feel horrible. But still, the game is so well-made that the only thing I can do is applause internally while begging for my head to cool down. Congrats to the creators : you know your stuff and you're amazing.

Manly is on spot about this being a western yandere. And I actually kinda like this kinda horror better (well i don't like yandere so thats not a high bar) because it takes more tact, more skill from the author to write convincing toxic dialogue rather than a girl simply using force, poison, magic, curse what have you to keep the target under wrap. And yeah it's campy, you're playing as the evil, sure, but the warden more so. So Ashley is a gaslighting bitch, but to think of it, their mom is probably worse. And regarding the toxic relationship itself, the setting is unique as them being siblings not just for the wincest tease (/j) but it's more believable for Andrew to put up with her shits, ya know? Cuz she know him her entire life and knows his buttons well, that it feels incorrect to even call Andrew spineless or simp, in which I think the ending makes it clear that he's not. But think about it if they just have known each other for few days, those three months, or even a year, we couldn't say the same. On the flip side, unlike typical yandere that would be rather kill the target than having him get away, Ashley shows that she would not do that, even at real risk at getting killed and/or having him get away. Granted, this is partly her usual gaslighting too but it's such a fresh plot to not having her snap here. It seems like she genuinely needs Andrew to keep herself intact, rather than most yandere in which that part is just an excuse for whatever other problem they have. And I joked about wincest earlier, but it is actually pretty nice that they never insinuated it at all other than in joking manner. I mean obviously, again, it's still toxic as fuck, but ya know at least we don't have that.

I find it especially interesting in that you can see how their attitudes developed through Ashelys conversation with her mom early on and the "hide and seek" event. Their parents neglect them, and appear to have put the impetus on Andrew to take care of his sister. Ashley as a result became very insecure in her attachment, and put a special emphasis on Andrew as he was the one who she got habitually and literally told, would love and take care of her. She quite possibly has APD, and basically grew up in an environment with no one giving her much in the way of explanations for rules, or teaching Andrew how to teach her. Its rather tragic but fitting specifically because they are siblings who have basically grown up into a codependent relationship as a result of their circumstances.

Andrew and Ashley would then go on to move to a certain town working together till to their surprise a group of novice Demon Slayers and one random sister in a box would appear to finish them off.

@@travislyonsgary ooo that's a nice observation! Definitely was bugging me why she said "Mom said you would" and mom on phone said "Isn't Andrew there too? [Go ask him to take care of what you're whining about]". I didn't put two and two together that their mom had been shifting all caretaking business of Ashley into Andrew.

FUN FACT: Human meat is often called long pork due to it's taste. See, human meat actually tastes a lot like pork, however it is noticeably sweeter. It is also unclear if the neck or legs are the best part, as many accounts say that the neck is the most tender, however some say the legs are juicier. Don't question how I know this, I'm a cook.
