Dwellers are easy to kill in survival mode, just get good gear such as enchanted netherite armor with netherite tools, lots of totems and enchanted golden apples.

I'm working on a horror modpack myself, though I didn't make any mods myself since I am still learning how to code. I don't know exactly when I'll be done with it, but there's about 7 dwellers, and I'm adding other ones, along with texture packs and shaders. Though if you do use it ever once I actually put it out, you should definitely not use the shaders I got since I am making it for my laptop, which is not very good at handling said shaders.
