100% NLP is always a red flag
@reinelantz33049 ай бұрын
@@erika2m16 genuine, legitimate NLP is actually very useful. Unfortunately, over time it was hijacked and modified and cannibalized by the likes of Tony Robbins, politicians, and megalomaniacal psychopaths/sociopaths/high-level con artists for nefarious uses. The original discoverers of the principles of what is termed to be “NLP” were actually terrified of the implications of its use by evil people, and limited their training of others to people whom the original discoverers personally thoroughly vetted. I’ve known of NLP since 1981 and I have all of the original initial documents and books. I used to teach special needs children how to use the techniques as work-arounds so that they could learn and retain their newly-acquired skills and learning more easily, assisted gifted youngsters to use the techniques to streamline their accelerated education, and assisted and trained young athletes to use the techniques to improve their athletic performance. The true key is to observe and to determine and to calibrate what makes elite performers so successful-with respect to any knowledge base, skill set, or talent-and then to extract the essential elements common among a given cohort of such folks in various areas of human accomplishment, and then teach those essentials to others for their own improvement and self-development. NLP was NEVER intended to be used or applied in harmful ways AGAINST people. However, the original discoverers and training developers were so smart that they also knew that evil people would likely use it for destructive purposes. They did everything they could to avoid and to prevent its evil application. By the late 90s-2000s, politicians had gotten hold of it. There’s a lot more to the story. I can spot a con-artist or politician or evil person or evil therapist or evil business person or evil salesperson or evil lawyer or evil manipulator, etc., adept at or at least familiar with the misuse and danger of improperly exploiting NLP techniques, within less than 2 minutes-and I warn people immediately about them. I could name some very famous and very successful people and other names, but I don’t want to be sued.

Timestamp 58 minutes: Marco, in the United States, how do the coaches get around the definition of an employee with the IRS? I am a business owner. If I dictate a contractor activities too much or exert control over their activities in a certain way,they are actually an employee under the law per the IRS. This woman talks about a lack of employment benefits (PTO, insurance) and this coach exerting control over all of her activities. Have we explored the idea of IRS repercussions against these people? They probably get around that by saying YOU signed up for coaching. Yet another way they have found to skirt the law completely .
@LafayetteGirl9286 ай бұрын
You are totally correct. They get away with it because very few people know the law, and few know their rights. So they get taken advantage of. I didn’t know a whole lot about these Ponzi Scheme, MLM scams, but I was once tried to be recruited by a man I worked with. Just told him flat out, no I want nothing to do with Amway. I was lucky. Having been exposed to the way SW lived her life as a LeVel Thriver, I could not believe what this woman had allowed these conartists to do to her; she quit her job, to “stay home with her children”. Her husband was the sole earner. She did not allow him to even have acces to their bank account or bill statements. When he killed her, they were about to be foreclosed again, she spent all their money on supplies, trips, etc, presented her life as perfect. Had the Lexus, which wasn’t really hers. It is a tragedy of a story. Not for one minute did they deserve what he did. But I now know just how evil these phony “companies” really are. Every word u said about your experience was exactly what Shannan used to say..fortunately you got out. Please read about her, I would LOVE to know what u think.
