I just finished watching the video. Wow-what an ordeal trying to get people down to fix your place up during quarantine. As far as your question goes, I do a lot of preventative maintenance around my house and until recently, my neighborhood. I'm kind of a handy guy. They usually ask me for computer help (lol). So I don't really have any crazy stories to tell other than having to refill my own freon in my fridge and airconditioner using what I learned from the last repair visits. I tend to absorb other people's knowledge by watching them, which is why I think youtube is so great for strange people like me.
