Yeah seems that way, we told Carlos and he’s working with Jandusoft on a fix.

@@CarlosCoronadoGameDev I just completed The Temple and the achievement didn't unlock. Seems there's quite a bit of problem with level progression... :/ Played the level again and it unlocked. Now Burning Woods doesn't unlock. Is this not fixed yet? There's 5 people on TA with the game completed. Went back to the game today and once again no achievement when completing the Hospital level. Sadly, this game is completely broken regarding achievements.
