Skins for the character - Horrordust - just a visual change lol. (With him having a normal red eye with a hood on.) (Along with his bone becoming a spear. Don't ask how) Sansational illess - visual change aswell your axe gets removed to have the same moves expect no axe. And will have a bar renamed to illess and his throwable axe turns into a throwable bone (does the same thing in hunger mode, expect it's a bone)

SKIN IDEAS : Rank Skins (not including Bronze and Silver since they’re just recolors like Common Skins) Golden - Sans’s gash now is constantly leaking blood, and his eye is now smaller and blue. He is still colored gold. Diamond - Sans is doing the POWERS pose with his mouth, his axe is now a cleaver, his bones are now ALSO diamond-colored, and his eye glows yellow and blue. LEGENDARY / ANCIENT SKINS : Legendary 1 - Fallen. This skin will replace Sans’s model with that of Horrorfell, and his axe and bones are now colored maroon. His voice is now also desaturated and gasping. Legendary 2 - *original* . This skin makes Sans’s model far more sketchy and inconsistent, similar to the art style used in his original comics. Legendary 3 - Royalty. This skin replaces Sans’s axe with a purple spear, he’s given a Royal Guardsman outfit with the emblem completely scratched/torn off. A spear will completely impale Sans’s gash and eye during the Hunger phase. Ancient - POWERS The POWERS skin makes Sans do the POWERS pose with his mouth, makes his chase theme the POWERS video, his kill voice line is now “YOU CANT MATCH MY DURABILITIES.. MY HAX!!” from POWERS, he says POWERS upon entering Hunger, when he uses Headdog, he’ll say “powers blast”. And finally, whenever he wins, he’ll say “im gonna power you”.

Ancient #2 idea: Killer. Horror Sans turn into Killer, will wield a dark knife/real knife, Headdog will look more like a dash where sans stabs forward, slam will look like special hell, traps will be just dark spikes, HUNGER will make killer's soul more distorted, and also add an eye.

I also had a concept intro cutscene is just him standing in the dark and saying: don't you know how to greet a new pal? then his eye flashes initiating the round his firstmove would've been a grab where he grabs your wrist and forces you into a handshake where he uses a spike instead of a whoopee cushion causing the player to bleed overtime his 2nd move was gonna be a bone zone that stabs players and acts as a barricade and disappears after a while

Having his sprint speed DECREASE during hunger is actually pretty smart in terms of balancing, seeing as you can't use the attack speed buff and stuff if you aren't able to close the distance quick enough.

Only small thing I slightly find annoying is in his 'Idle Pose' the axe head is facing down instead of up which I do not like cause it would make it harder for him to strike someone cause he'd need to mess with it in his hand to make the axe head be facing the right way to hit someone so yeah just have the blade pointing upwards instead of downwards I know a nitpick but it just annoyed me a little bit

An idea with his stamina is that he has a higher stamina drain, since he still is sans. But as a third ability (excluding hunger) let him use “shortcut” to teleport around the map or move at high speeds like fogborn, however a teleportation cutscene will play.

My thoughts: without hunger he seems like a slightly weaker version of EXE and to get hunger he needs to basically just sit there and wait for it to fill, maybe instead it should reward him for dealing damage with kills in hunger making it drain but out of hunger making it fill. Not a bad starting point though

If blade is gonna add any type of undertale monster in the game it will be Papyrus has gone too far He fits perfectly with all the monsters in the game Especially since he is shitpost like Uncle Sam. And Blade is known for adding monsters that get any little notice.
