Horse Artillery Pistol its worth it?

From my experience it's pretty balanced, on par with the double barrel pistol. I'd only use this to snipe barrels at the back of maps, but even then I still believe this gun is good.

For pvp yes, for the Copenhagen boat fight yes, for vardohus, catacombs and for Kaub bomber sniping yes

this gun is actually worse in catacombes if you try to snipe bomber from far away due to it accuracy i said this gun is good into tight space like the hay part in san sebastian

If you have everything else definitely, it’s really good carbine and musket are a bit better sometimes but the extra barrel is usually really useful
