that first girl took the barn owner to court and tried to sue her for $90k bc apparently somehow it was the barn owner's fault that she fell off?? she lost the case and didn't receive any money tho thankfully. and at 0:50 I almost guarantee you that the reason that the horse started broncing and threw her off was bc the saddle was WAY too far back
