Horse-Life - long awaited unique mod for the original Half-Life!
One day a strange horse gets teleported into the Anomalous Materials lab. Now it's up to Gordon Freeman to get behind the mystery of the horse's sudden appearance and where it had came from.
The upcoming mod has new weapons, horse riding, stealth elements and much more!

Of course a lot of the video is machinima, and it was all for April Fools, but how much of it is genuinely playable? Have you actually implimented riding a horse? I love horses, and so does my fiancee, and I'm not sure whether to show her this video, because it would be even better to say "Come play this cool Half-Life mod" and not tell her anything about it beforehand, and then she gets to play through the whole game riding a horse that shoots lasers. And the horse kicks it's way through most obstacles. It'd be amazing. If there was a way to combine it with Half-Payne's "Anomalous Penguins" mode, and the Spyro the Dragon mod, I think it would be her favourite game ever!

Sorry, but the video is completely staged and the "horse riding" is just an invisible platform combined with linear moving horse model. The only modified part is the weapon - a brush and satchel carrot.
