Horse racing in Nevis 8

Pacify Me wins under wraps easily over Timber King in a two horse race over 7 furlongs after the rain on January 6th, 2009.
Pacify Me ridden by Jason Liburd took the lead from the start and set a moderate pace. Down the backstretch and up the hill he extended hid lead by over 6 lengths. Pacify Me made short work of it and never broke a sweat.
Timber King with the addition of blinkers tracked Pacify Me throughout under Brem Liburd. He never was a threat to the winner.
Results were: 1st Pacify Me & 2nd Timber King
