Athens equipment in liberty ky sells exactly that a large animal treadmill with a spline on it to power anything that needs a matching power output I've seen them used for machine shops,wood shops, waterpumps,freezers, ice-cream machines,hand cranked adapted to belt grain mills,wood splitters, even small generators for charging batteries,
