Lucky you. That was a whirlwind trip. I've always wanted to go to Europe. I did go to Prague a few years ago for work. I wanted to ride the train and visit Vienna to see the Spanish Riding school. Unfortunately for me the school was closed and the horses were on vacation !😁 What a dream come true to ride at the beach, and on a beautiful Friesian horse. Thank you for filming and taking time out to show us the countryside. I really enjoy your videos and will definitely put this trip on my bucket list

I stayed at a place in Germany along time ago. It was an old castle, I highly recommend the Germany adventure. Going to see if I can find the castle name now. But that might have been my favorite because the hotel is the stables !!!!!!!!!!!!!

O that is great to see you in the Netherlands (and Germany). Ter Schelling is one of the islands and very pretty. It's a shame you didn't meet some Frisian horse breeders in Friesland, I am sure you would have loved that. I know they said the horses have nothing to get snagged on with the halters- but imo that doesn't matter. The horses face rub on them constantly and that is what gives them bald spots not getting snagged. I am glad you questioned them on that but I do sort of wish they just didn't keep the halters on at all. If the horses are hard to distinguish give them a bow in their main or tail as different colors Imo

The Dutch love cycles because its a flat country with very few hills cycles or canal boats are used more than cars !

5:40 That dog looks like a Dutch Shepherd, I'm not being funny, they're similar to the Belgian Malinois but they have a darker brindle coat and a black head and face. Lots of KNPV working dogs are imported from the Netherlands to the states.

Jack, please don’t think I’m rude, I’m wondering how you make your living? You’re extremely young to have such a beautiful home, you’ve done so so well for yourself, be proud of what you’ve achieved because you’re flying so high. 🫶🏻 Keep it up ❤ I rode horses my whole life but sadly, 8 years ago I was diagnosed with terminal metastatic breast cancer. It had spread to my entire spine, ribs and femurs. I was given 3 to 6 months to live because it’s such an aggressive form of disease. However, the treatments I’ve had have been incredible (hormone blocking treatment) and it’s slowed the cancers progression massively. I’m so blessed because only about 25% of patients with my type of cancer are still here at the 8 year mark. I was only 43 when I was diagnosed. So, sadly because of my diagnosis, I can no longer ride due to my spine being too unstable. Instead, I live my love of horses through channels like yours and The clever cowgirl. I hope you know how much joy you give to people like me, to be able to follow your journey and ‘ride’ along with you is just wonderful! ✨ Keep flying high Jack, you’re doing wonderfully. 🫶🏻

Dreamcatcher, I got very emotional reading this because you are doing so well with the treatment. You are a fighter and so proud of you too. I had back problems for most of my life until quite recently. It’s been really strong lately, but had bulge and herniations in the past so I definitely share a little bit of your pain my friend. So happy that you are enjoying the channel, and there is soo much more to enjoying horses than riding.
