Horses of History - Milton | FEI ICONS

The Jumping world has never seen such a horse like Milton. Milton had popstar status, he was the crowd's favourite. The grey gelding was ridden by Stephen Hadley for a while, before pairing up with famous international show jumper John Whitaker. Milton achieved many international victories and became the first horse outside the racing world to win more than million pounds in prize money. I remember Milton - sat glued in front of the TV whenever there was showjumping and he was there with John - what an amazing horse he was - No other horse will ever come near the way Milton was... He was something speciel - Milton was unique and one of a kind 🥰 - Just like the dressage-horse Marzog and Anne-Grethe Tørnblad (born Jensen) from Denmark 🇩🇰😊

I worshipped this duo when I was a teenager. Milton has such charisma and character. Loved that he would go to his owner for his holidays and let himself out his stable ❤
