horses/waves+KP Transmission - pastefell (from the album "transpointable migrations") / Mabui Music

This music had been inspired by collaborative’s work made as the soundtracks for the Finnish silent movies of '20-'30, the documentary works about the nature and life of Finland one century ago. While working with the material artists decided to create a rather independent sound world with elements of ambient music, modern composition and improvisation. The episodic structure of the album is connected with the films montage. We propose to listen to it not as a soundtrack, but as just music. Then, it might work as a kind of sonic movie for collaborating with the listener's visual imagination.
