You're probably one of the most considerate, professional Farriers on KZbin. I think you would make a great Teacher/Instructor once your back has had enough. Well done

I dont blame him for asking if the little horse in the box was edible because it definitely looks like candy, and then his brother later was heavily considering putting it in his mouth at the end, lmao!! Those boys are so stinkin adorable.

@@maverick_vet I'm an absolute novice when it comes to horses, but even I could notice it. To me at least it was visible that his right front foot was landing better (flatter). Good work. Interesting to see. I watch your videos mainly to learn about horses feet and you have already given me a lot of useful information. Bless you and your family. Your boys are adorable.

Neat, interesting video! I appreciated seeing how the horse walked both before and after; even though I’m not a horse person, I could clearly see the difference in his footfalls with the new shoes. Finally, here in Georgia the light colored horses (or at least any of their white markings) all end up as various shades of pink, orange, and terra cotta thanks to our red clay soil, whenever we get springtime rain and mud.

If you dont mind me asking, did you go to a school to learn how to shoe? I heard you say in previous videos that whe you were back in Arizona you were using your fathers tools so Im sure you learned a bit from him. Last year I went to the Wyoming School of Horseshoeing for 8 weeks to learn the basics, but I mainly just deal with my own herd and have a few clients here and there. Its fun and exciting work, but something that I always have a hard time with is getting my body in the right position because of my size (6'6"). Anyways, I digress, I love watching your videos as they are very educational for me. Thank you.
