Horton Creek Trail | Beautiful Arizona Backpacking Trip

Horton Creek trail is an awesome hike near Payson Arizona with waterfalls, stunning scenery and the amazing Horton Springs if you hike the 4.3 miles to the end of the trail. In October 2020 we took a backpacking trip along Horton Creek and camped at a great site near Horton Springs. Temps were in the Mid 70's, fall colors were starting to arrive and we found a sweet campsite. All the ingredients for a great Arizona backpacking trip.
