Sorry at 6:16, Hoshi says 「なんでお前がいいんだよ？！」 but I think the いいんだよ in this context is some short hand, informal way of saying いるんだよ. So that sentence would translate more like "Why the hell are you there?!" Edit: To follow up at 6:29 Hoshi says 「わかってんじゃねえか、お前！」and I see that as a "So you DO understand" instead of "NOW you understand". Hoshi doesn't want Furen there when she does the sleep calls with Higuchi, Furen doesn't see a problem with it, but when Inui is involved Furen gets it immediately without any more explanation --> "So you DO understand!"
