I don't play but i'm guessing you would solve it like how you actually open a combination lock. So for the second number she needs to first turn past 0 and then land on the number it displays.

From what I'm getting from this vid, you should turn the dial on the stated amount of times in the right direction. It's the classic vault/safe case opening.

@@sylaconnocalys8443 She did try this and it didn't work, she struggled for like 5 minutes with 2 emergency meetings in between, she even googled it and still couldn't do it, in the 3rd emergency meeting they told her she should hold the left mouse button when turning it without letting go in between.
